Getting trapped in a well

Today Mavis, a 14 year old girl wanted to go to the abandoned well with her brother. "Mother you said that we can go when brother reaches here and look he is here can we please go" Mavis asked her mother and her mother being hesitant said "fine but please Daniel keep her safe and do not touch the well have fun". Daniel and Mavis walked to the well together with Daniel being a soldier, he carried his gun around just in case of any danger. Why would Mavis want to go to a abandoned well you may ask that's because that's where she feels safe. Mavis loved isolated places and she never had any friends but like every 14 year old girl she had a crush who had a girlfriend which broke Mavis into pieces and now the well keeps her calm and safe which her family knew. But the well had a rumor which was that whenever someone fell in the well they'd reach the bottom but if anyone ever checked for them the person in the well wouldn't be seen it's like they would be sent to another world, but that's just a rumor right? Those don't exist pfft a well that sends you to another dimension....ha! that's crazy.....or is it?

However, Mavis and her brother arrived at the well and Mavis started feeling joyful and that made her brother happy, but what happened next was that when Daniel left to go for a pee in the bushes Mavis went closer and closer to the well. She was fascinated by how people can actually be trapped down there...all of a sudden Mavis felt a cold shiver coming from the well "wow, wha-what was that?" she moved more close and then she felt a hand push her in! Mavis tried to react fast but wasn't that quick, she started screaming..Daniel heard and he pulled his gun out and ran quickly to the well but when he was there Mavis...was gone. He started calling "Mavis! Mavis! where are you!? please come out it's time to go! Mavis Arianna Taylor get out here RIGHT NOW!" "Yes brother?" Someone said and Daniel was creeped out he spinner around quickly with his gun pointing at...Mavis? "Mavis! Oh my gosh you had me so worried, what happened? why'd you scream?" "Oh I just saw a frog and thought it was something else sorry hehe" 'Mavis' said "Dont ever do that again let's go home" Daniel and 'Mavis' walked home. But there was something strange....Mavis was in the well and she watched everything just happened "NO! DANIEL NO SHE IS FAKE PLEASE COME BACK!!!!! DANIEL! (her voice broke and she began to cry) please come back!"Mavis was trapped in the well and the hard thing is that the rumors were true she was in another dimension and no one knew. Mavis was now trapped in the abandoned well and she couldn't do anything about it.
