Primordial werewolf

The intense fight between the two werewolves was still going on. After the black werewolf went berserk, it started to fight the brown werewolf more aggressively and much more like the beast it was. But even though the black werewolf had somewhat gone berserk, the brown werewolf still had the upper hand in the battle.

Jason was sitting on the floor, with his back against the bleachers and holding onto the bite wound on his side. It was still refusing to heal and the bulging black veins were spreading and becoming more painful. Jason was starting to fear for the worst.

Meanwhile, Zane and Mitch who were still watching the battle while trying to hide. Finally, they had the chance to get away, but they were too scared to think straight. Carter was the one that had somewhat calmed down. He looked around and noticed the broken door. If they were to slowly head there, they could make it out without being noticed by the werewolves.

Carter was about to tell his two friends when he noticed a figure floating above the ground, enter the gym. His eyes were brightly glowing blue and his body was covered by flashes of lightning that disappeared as soon as they appeared. His eyes went wide when he noticed this and his jaw almost dropped to the ground when he saw the person's face.

The figure was Bryce who they thought had been killed by the black werewolf. Surprisingly enough, his eyes were glowing just like Zane said. Turns out Zane was right.

Zane, Mitch and Jason also had the same reaction when they saw Bryce's figure float into the gym.

Bryce shot a single streak of lightning from his palm, hitting the black werewolf and sending it flying.

Surprise became evident on the face of the brown werewolf's face as the black werewolf was suddenly hit by lightning and was sent flying while they were fighting. The brown werewolf looked in the direction the lightning came from, and the surprised expression on its face became more evident.

Bryce and the brown werewolf locked eyes for a second. He was about to shoot lightning at the brown werewolf when a familiar voice sounded in his head.

"๐‘ซ๐’๐’'๐’•, ๐‘ฉ๐’“๐’š๐’„๐’†! ๐‘ฐ๐’• ๐’Ž๐’†, ๐‘ฒ๐’š๐’“๐’‚!", the voice said.

Bryce looked around trying to find the owner of the voice but didn't find anyone. He looked back at the brown werewolf for confirmation.

"Kyra?", Bryce asked.

Jason and the three other boys all looked at the brown werewolf with surprise. They looked at Bryce and wondered why he'd suddenly mention Kyra's name.

The black werewolf that had been beaten by the brown werewolf and struck by lightning, got up from the ground and looked at Bryce with disdain and rage. The same annoying person that it had killed earlier now had the gut to attack it again. It wasn't going to let this one go.

It charged at Bryce with the intention of killing him but it didn't expect what happened next.

"๐‘ฃ๐‘–๐‘ "

Bryce casted the spell.

The black werewolf felt some kind of force around it and it was immediately sent flying once again. It but the wall and instead of falling to the ground, it remained pinned down against the wall, its feet not even touching the ground. The black werewolf struggled to release itself from Bryce's spell but alas, it proved to be futile.

"Who is that?", Bryce asked the brown werewolf, that turned out to be Kyra.

"๐‘ฐ๐’•'๐’” ๐‘ช๐’‚๐’”๐’‰!", Kyra's voice echoed in Bryce's head.

Bryce's eyes that were still glowing bright blue, widened in shock after the revelation. He looked between the two werewolves and understands. The older twin sister was a werewolf so it shouldn't be a surprise that the younger twin brother was also a werewolf.

"Why is he so violent?", Bryce asked.

"๐‘ฐ๐’•'๐’” ๐’‰๐’Š๐’” ๐’‡๐’Š๐’“๐’”๐’• ๐’•๐’“๐’‚๐’๐’”๐’‡๐’๐’“๐’Ž๐’‚๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’. ๐‘ฌ๐’—๐’†๐’“๐’š ๐’˜๐’๐’๐’‡ ๐’Š๐’” ๐’—๐’Š๐’๐’๐’†๐’๐’• ๐’๐’ ๐’•๐’‰๐’†๐’Š๐’“ ๐’‡๐’Š๐’“๐’”๐’• ๐’•๐’Š๐’Ž๐’†", Kyra's voice once again rang in Bryce's head.

"You're all this violent when you first turn?", Bryce asked.

๐’๐’Š๐’๐’†!", Kyra answered with her primordial werewolf telepathy.

Primordial werewolves; the werewolves in history. The first people who were given the ability to turn into wolf-like man creature through a process that can only be described as agonising. Some described it as a curse placed on them because of the sins of their ancestors while some said that it was a blessing. The wolves reigned terror through nearby villages on every night of the full moon when their animalistic instincts took over and they lost control.

The primordial werewolves gradually learnt to control themselves when they turned on the full moon and they even learnt how to not be affected by the full moon. The primordials werewolves also learnt that those who survived their bites would also become a creature similar to them but less powerful and couldn't do some of the things the primordials could do.

In order to help the people who were turned into werewolves without their consent, the primordials created the "Five Primordial Packs", each headed by a primordial werewolf. Generations after generations, the werewolves formed packs to teach each other to control their powers and give support that only family could give.

Unfortunately, through the advancement of time and history, even though there were more werewolves, there were less werewolves with primordial bloodlines. They either separated themselves and their offsprings from packs or died. Both Kyra's and Cashel's long dead maternal ancestors were some of the remaining primordials, which mean that both of them had primordial werewolf bloodline.

"What do we do now?", Bryce asked Kyra.

"We have to knock him out somehow or put him to sleep!", Kyra said, this time not using telepathy.

Bryce looked at where Kyra was standing and found that she had already changed back into her human form and had already put some clothes on. Bryce wondered how she did it so fast. Werewolves take their clothes off when they are changing into their werewolf forms so as to not tear apart their clothes because of the increase in their size. Kyra had left to change in one of the nearby classrooms when she was talking to Bryce using her telepathy. She also brought a bag that had some of Cashel's clothes in it.

"How do we knock him- Wait I have an idea!", Bryce didn't know any knock out spell or sleep spell so he had to use the one that he knew. A pain induction spell. He would knock Cashel out with pain.

"๐‘‘๐‘œ๐‘™๐‘œ๐‘Ÿ"

Bryce casted the pain induction spell.

The black werewolf that was still pinned against the wall by Bryce's previous spell started shaking as his eyes went wide and his hairy werewolf face twisted into one in the most agonising pain one could ever feel. He opened his mouth to scream but only a tiny high pitched scream came out. Anyone could barely hear it. His body started to shake more violently and twist and turn in various ways.

"What are you doing?", Kyra asked with concern visible on her face.

"Knocking him out", Bryce answered.

Kyra looked at Bryce with a mix of shocked, concerned and worried expressions. She looked away as she couldn't watch her brother in so much pain but she didn't stop Bryce. Bryce couldn't help but close his eyes as he forced himself to put someone in such pain.

The spell itself was supposed to put the target in an unimaginable but pain. But even though the pain was so much, it was only illusory which meant that it wasn't real. With Bryce's magic being stronger that most witches and him also channelling the magic from the gems that was no longer being restrained by its cover so one could only imagine the pain werewolf Cashel was going through.

Luckily it didn't last long as Cashel was knocked out and he started to slowly shift back into his human form. Seeing this, Bryce let Cashel's shifting body fall back onto the floor. Kyra immediately rushed to her twin's side as Bryce cancelled both spells.

The pain induction spell Bryce used was different from a torture spell which inflicts real pain on the by popping the blood vessels of a supernatural creature with enhanced healing factor over and over, thus giving them multiple aneurysms. That particular torture spell spell only works on supernaturals with accelerated healing factor.

Bryce let out a sigh as he stopped channelling magic from the gem and his eyes returned back to normal. He looked around and saw Carter, Zane and Mitch looking at him a mix of awe, shock and frightened expressions on their faces.

"Are you guys okay?", Bryce asked.

Zane and Mitch were too stunned to speak.

"...yeah", Carter answered.

Bryce nodded and then his eyes fell on Jason who was sweating buckets. He seemed to be sleepy and in pain at the same time. Bryce then noticed the blood on Jason's hand and immediately rushed over to him.

He crouched down next to Jason and asked, "Hey Jason, you okay?!"

"...I don't... think... so..", Jason managed to say.

Bryce then deduced that the tall teenage boy was not okay especially since his eyes had turned completely black and thin black veins were spread under them. In his mouth, there were two incredibly sharp fangs.

"...Alvin... I'm... going to... kill you...You... just... wait", Jason mumbled to himself.

Bryce noticed Jason's bloody left hand on his side. Bryce removed Jason's hand and saw the bite mark. Bryce immediately raised Jason's shirt up a bit and gasped when he saw the bulging black veins that were spreading from the werewolf bite on his side.

"Uhm! Kyra!", Bryce called. "You need to see this!".

Kyra, who was done putting some clothes on the unconscious Cashel rushed to Bryce. She gasped when she saw Jason's face. She caught his scent during Carter's party and knew that it had changed but she didn't think that Jason had turned into a fricking vampire. She immediately snapped out of her stupor and crouched down beside Jason, opposite Bryce. She gasped when her eyes fell on the bulging veins that were spreading from the werewolf bite mark on his side.

Kyra immediately knew what was going on as her eyes began to tear up. She knew that there was werewolf venom spreading through Jason's system and that he was surely going to die when it reached heart. The worst part was that there was no cure for werewolf venom.
