It was a father-son bonding trip gone horribly wrong. Naruto and his now-grown son Boruto had decided to take a trip since the latter had achieved his dream of becoming a shinobi. One of them had the idea to sail to a remote island, but when a storm suddenly blew in that their small ship had no chance of withstanding, they found themselves shipwrecked.
"Ugh," Naruto groaned, pushing himself up from the sand of the beach. "Wow, that storm hit us hard, Are you ok?" He looked to Boruto, who was similarly shaken.
"Yeah, I'm fine," he said seriously, dusting himself off, "but where are we? If we navigated right, there shouldn't be an island here."
"We're lucky there was one though," Naruto said, rubbing the back of his head and smiling, "We'd be stuck in the middle of the ocean if it wasn't."
"Sure..." Boruto replied, looking around suspiciously. He was still skeptical about their luck in finding such a place.
The pair gathered what they could from their destroyed boat and traveled inland, hoping to find a place to set up camp for the evening. They were lucky enough to come across a pool fed by a waterfall somewhere within the trees. There was something wrong with this place though. The entire way there they saw multiple strange sights that somewhat shocked them. Flowers with large petals that were almost clothlike, vines that they originally thought to be snakes because of the way they moved, other plants that let out consistent puffs of white, slightly sweet-smelling powder.
Even the pool they came across was strange: instead of clear water, slightly thick cloudy liquid poured down from the cliff above.
"What is this place?" Boruto asked, approaching the pond, "Surely you as Hokage would know?"
The older of the two shook his head, just as confused as his son. "Actually no I don't, this whole place is a mystery to me too." he said, kneeling down to take a sip of the strange cloudy liquid.
Boruto had a sudden idea and activated his Jōgan and the entire island lit up in his perception, alerting him that energy was flowing through every inch of the island around them. It was like the land itself had been contaminated by a Jutsu of some kind.
"Dad, wait!" he called, attempting to stop his father from sipping up the liquid, only to see it was too late. Naruto sucked up the handful of liquid and sat back with a satisfied gasp.
Boruto relayed his discovery to his father who looked slightly concerned for a moment before laughing the whole thing off. "I'm sure it's nothing," he said calmly, "Here have a drink of this. it's kind of like milk but sweeter."
Boruto declined, eyeing the liquid warily before moving to set up something to sleep on for the night. His father however enjoyed the strange swimming sensation in his head that the liquid provided along with the strange whistling of the wind above him. It faintly sounded like calming music and made him want to relax and return to a simpler time.
The second night of rest didn't come any easier than the first, especially after a day of Boruto trying to wrangle his changed father. The former Hokage had taken to running around aimlessly, giggling and playing in the mud. To the younger Uzumaki's exasperation, he wouldn't even keep his clothes on for a few minutes
By the time it was dark Boruto finally managed to get his father calmed down and asleep in the tent. He collapsed down next to him shortly after, exhausted from the merry chase. In the middle of the night a faint rustling caused Boruto to wake briefly, but the sleepiness that'd set in from a day of running around caused him to ignore his instincts.
When he woke up he realized that maybe he should have acted in the night. Something felt immediately off to him: he couldn't hear Naruto sleeping next to him and there was a breezy feeling across his legs. With a groan Boruto pushed himself up, only to hear something crinkle around his waist.
The shinobi froze, rocking back and forth a few times to see if he could elicit the same sound, not looking down out of denial for what he might see After hearing the noise again and again Boruto shot up like a rocket, noting how fluffy the noise-producing item around his waist seemed to be. Adrenaline ran through him as he looked down to see that his pants were gone, replaced by a white bulbous garment that wrapped around his groin and puffed out from his body several inches.
It vaguely reminded him of a diaper, the shell making the telltale crinkle and the inside soft and fluffy exactly how he imagines a diaper to be. "This explains what was going on with dad and why he was acting so infantile." The young shinobi looked around. "Wait," he said, "where is dad?"
Boruto exited the tent and looked around the clearing, his eyes landing on the pond filled with thick liquid. Its contents rippled as a mysterious creature on four legs lapped at it. The animal's tail swished in the air. Its red and black hues danced in the breeze and trailed down to a bulbous white sphere wrapped around the creature's bottom.
Boruto stalked slowly, moving closer towards the creature. As he moved closer he noted that the creature had a diaper similar to his on its hindquarters. Seeing the way it stretched out, the shinobi was reminded of the flowers that moved toward them when they first arrived.
"The diapers are the flowers!" he exclaimed, trying to dig his fingers underneath the tightly wrapped petals to pull it away. Unsurprisingly it wouldn't budge and seemed like it was being held in place by powerful chakra.
The creature lapping up the milky liquid's head shot up upon hearing Boruto's shout revealing two pointed and twitching ears. It turned its head to stare at him and Boruto was surprised to see his father's eyes looking back at him.
"Dad!?" he exclaimed, surprised to see the changes in Naruto. Not only was he sporting the ears and tail of a fox but his petal diaper sagged a bit with the weight of several "accidents" if they could even be called that. Yellow spread up the swollen front of his natural diaper as Boruto looked at him. Even in the little standoff they were having, Naruto had let go and wet himself.
"Bah fuh." Naruto babbled, drooling a little as he spoke.
Boruto, seeing his father as a lost cause for helping get off this island, jumped at him, hoping to keep the former Hokage contained while he looked for a way to escape from the island. To his surprise Naruto leapt out of the way with amazing speed, leaving his son tumbling directly toward the pool of milky liquid.
The shinobi landed face first, ingesting a small gush of the liquid as he went down. The sweetness that met his tongue surprised him, how pleasant that simple gulp tasted. Boruto splashed up out of the water with a gasp, taking in a necessary gulp of air before diving face-first back into the liquid.
He drank heavily, a combination of dehydration and the milky pond's alluring taste driving him to guzzle it down as fast as he could. He could feel his stomach filling and at the same time, there was a pushing sensation against the top of his head and at the end of his spine.
After a moment a set of fox ears exploded from his head followed by a tail from his rear. The back of his natural diaper opened briefly, letting his tail slip through before enfolding back around his bottom.
Boruto's frantic drinking slowed after a few moments until finally he fell back onto his bottom with a relieved sigh. His previous worry began to fade as the whistling wind became a tinkling nursery tune, filtered by the foggy state of consciousness caused by the milk.
Boruto felt relaxed as he sank into the padding around his waist, feeling strangely free from all of his recent worries. "I was so worried," he thought, swishing his tail, "but why? It feels like the island is going to take care of me."
He looked beside himself to where he could see his father rushing through the bushes, slightly encumbered by the sagging padding between his legs. It was enough of a reminder that Boruto jumped up and away from the pond, compressing the petal diaper between his legs.
"No!" he said, looking around, "We have to get out of here! I-I can build a boat! We can still get away." When the plan to escape left his lips it was like a switch flipped in his body. Only when he looked down did he notice the yellow spreading up his white petal diaper. It was like seeing the spreading stain reminded him of the feeling on his waist.
He suddenly realized he was peeing! Wetting himself like a helpless infant. The diaper sagged between his thighs, dragged down by the absurd amount of liquid he was letting loose. It was as if the idea followed the stream out of his body, soaking into the diaper like everything else.
Unless he could hold it, it seemed Boruto and Naruto were trapped on the strange island, and given the state of his and his father's underwear that wasn't happening anytime soon!
