I Arrived at Sara's House…
I tried to knock but no one responded...I got nervous a little thinking of possibilities that might be true…
So I shouted,
~SARA?!...Are you there?....Pls open the Door…
No one responded. My heart skipped a beat…What could Sara be Doing??
I shouted once again, this time it's louder,
~SARAA!
I heard a response…
~Shut Up I'm trying to sleep…
I bowed down and *sigh*
Thank goodness your safe…
Suddenly I hear footsteps…...The Door Opened and Sara came out with a Eyebags so Dark it feels like she didn't even slept for a whole week
Sara then Said..

~no… I can't sleep for a whole week..

We finished eating and we cleaned the Kitchen...We were about to sleep when someone knocked on the door. I saw Sara Clearly nervous so I asked her..

So I peeped on the Door peephole and I saw a guy with Black Hoodie, I was scared for the first time…

Here are the Ingredients:
*1 cup vegetable oil
*1 pound boneless pork chops
*Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
*1/2 cup all-purpose flour
*1 large egg, beaten
*1 cup Panko* bread crumbs
*Cooked rice, for serving
*Tonkatsu sauce, for serving

~Now let's start
First.. Heat corn oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
Then Season pork chops with salt and pepper, to taste. Working one at a time, dredge pork chops in flour, dip into egg, then dredge in Panko crumbs, pressing to coat.
Working in batches, add pork chops to the skillet, 2 or 3 at a time, and cook until evenly golden and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Then Serve immediately with rice and tonkatsu sauce, if desired.
