Chapter 82 Heard

The ghost stood sadly and told his story. After the ghost finished telling his story, he slowly got up and stood in front of Lee Nianzu. Lee Nianzu stopped the music and put away the guzheng. Then the ghost disappeared.

Lee Nianzu stood up from the ground and said, "Lady Jiang, your unwanted guest is not Yang Yusheng, he is Jiang Jingsheng."

Lady Jiang was in shocked. She looked at Lee Nianzu, "Great-granduncle Jingsheng is the unwanted guest. I don't believe it."

Yu Lei sneered and stretched his head. He looked at his brothers and said, "So we guessed wrong?"

Lee Nianzu nodded and said, "Our theory is wrong. Yang Yusheng died earlier than Jiang Jingsheng. He was killed and his spirit was trapped inside there." He pointed to the river. "Jiang Jingsheng is waiting for someone to release Yang Yusheng from his eternal imprisonment and let them both move on."

Guozhao Zhiqiang said, "We will have to wait until tomorrow morning."

Mu Yin said, "Husband, why don't we finish your task tonight, so we don't have to stay at this inn for another night."

Tian Xiang said, "No one asked you to stay."

Yu Lei said, "You are welcome to leave at any time."

Mu Yin said, "I will not leave my husband. If my husband stays, no matter how dangerous it is, I will stay."

Guozhao Zhiqiang looked at Mu Yin and said, "For the last time...I'm not your husband, don't say I'm your husband, it will make people misunderstand."

That night was calm and there was no abnormal activity. Lee Nianzu decided to go to the old garden to watch the full moon.

Lee Nianzu was sitting outside the old garden admiring the moon, and Lady Jiang came to him with two maids.

Lady Jiang sat beside Lee Nianzu and said, "It seems that there is no abnormal activity tonight."

Lee Nianzu said with a smile, "Because Jiang Jingsheng knew, we heard his plea."

Lady Jiang asked, "Hunter Lee, are you afraid when you see something like this?"

Lee Nianzu said, "I understood from the beginning that, generally speaking, those who are lingering here just want us to help them with what they can no longer do." He looked at Lady Jiang. "So, there is nothing to be afraid of by helping others fulfill their last wish, it is the best reward a person can ask for."

Lady Jiang said, "If you put it in that way, it's not scary at all." She smiled. "However, you hunters are brave. Only a brave soul can think that way."

Lee Nianzu asked, "Lady Jiang, please give Yang Yusheng a good burial. If you show sincerity, you may be able to accumulate enough merits to alleviate Master Jiang's crime of killing Yang Yusheng." He looked at Lady Jiang. "If you feel uncomfortable, you don't have to do it. It's just some advice." He stood up and looked at Lady Jiang. "Good night." He turned his eyes to Master Jiang, who was standing beside Lady Jiang, his hands and feet were shackled. Lee Nianzu nodded to Master Jiang.

Master Jiang cupped his hands and bowed, he said, "Thank You, young hunter."

Early the next morning, Tian Xiang and Yu Lei dived into the river. The two hunters sent four fire talismans down the river, only to see the skeleton of Yang Yusheng. The bones of Yang Yusheng before his death were still in place, his hands and feet were bound by shackles. The brothers surfaced for their last breaths before diving into the river. Moments later, the two brothers dived from the water and swam towards the group of people standing by the riverside. They came out of the river with a pillow-sized iron lock and Yang Yusheng's skeleton.

Tian Xiang put the skeleton on the riverbank, and Yu Lei put down the heavy iron lock. Guozhao Zhiqiang glanced at the locked lock, and clearly saw the spell written on the bottom of the lock. Guozhao Zhiqiang looked at Gen and said, "Break it." Gen grabbed the chain and burned it. Guozhao Zhiqiang untied the chains and ropes on Yang Yusheng's legs, and Tian Xiang untied the ropes from his hands.

Lee Nianzu walked toward Lady Jiang, "Lady Jiang, please bury Yang Yusheng next to your great granduncle Jingsheng. I believe he will want it. When they are alive, they can't be together, at least when they die, we should fulfill their wish by laying them side by side as their bones turns to stone."

The six hunters, twelve bandits, and Lady Jiang watched as these ten people dug Jiang Jingsheng's grave. The two servants opened Jingsheng's coffin and placed Yang Yusheng's skeleton next to Jingsheng's skeleton. They nailed the coffin and began pouring dirt over the coffin. After they covered the dug grave, the three servants placed a new tombstone. On the tombstone is written 'Here rest Jiang Jingsheng and Yang Yusheng."

Mu Yin cried like a child, "Their love story is amazing." She leaned against Guozhao Zhiqiang's left shoulder. "Husband, I hope our love story can be as good as the two of them."

Lady Jiang knelt on the ground and burned three incenses, "Great granduncle Jingsheng and Yusheng, this is what I can do for you two. Please protect our family." She bowed three times, she got up and looked at the hunters with a smiled. "I believe I owe you three thousand silver ingots. Let's go back. My grandfather has the money ready."

Miao Jing looked at Mu Yin and said softly, "Three thousand silver ingots. You surely know how to choose a husband." He raised his eyebrows and looked at Mu Yin.

Mu Yin smiled and said, "Of course." She lightly elbowed Miao Jing's left flank.

In the Jiang guest room, there are five large money chests in the center of the room. The six hunters and two bandits sat with the Jiang family.

Lady Jiang said, "Hunters, please count to see if the number is correct."

Guozhao Zhiqiang, "No need. He took out a talisman and threw it on the ground. As the smoke emerged, Shan stood next to the money chests. Except for Lady Jiang and the six hunters, everyone else was shocked.

Shan reached into one of the chests, grabbed two silver ingots for each hunter, and said coldly, "If you need more, call me." Shan disappeared with the five money chests.

Guozhao Zhiqiang stood up and said, "We're leaving. If you have any questions, just contact Shan."

Lady Jiang stood up and bowed lightly to the hunters, "Thank you, hunters."

Lee Nianzu said, "Your inn should be fine."

Lady Jiang smiled at Li Nianzu and said, "I'm going to change the name of the inn to Sheng Inn."

Lee Nianzu, "If they know, they will be very happy."

Lady Jiang, "Hunters, go home safely."

The hunters said goodbye to the Jiang family and returned to the main street of Silver Peak.

As the hunters walk down the main street of Silver Peak. Guozhao Zhiqiang looked at Lee Nianzu and said, "Nianzu, took them to eat, I'll follow you later."

Gen took out his two silver ingots, "Boss, I don't need these, in case you don't have enough money." Tian Xiang and Yu Lei also gave their share to Guozhao Zhiqiang.

Lee Nianzu handed Guozhao Zhiqiang one silver ingot and said, "One ingot will get us home." He smiled at Guozhao Zhiqiang. "We'll wait for you here." He pointed to a stall on the side of the road.

Guozhao Zhiqiang, "Thank you." He looked at Deming. "Let's go."

Guozhao Zhiqiang, Deming and Gen walked into Beautiful Flowers Inn. The lady with shackles on her hands and feet was still cleaning the table. Guozhao Zhiqiang walked to the front desk, and the old lady was there. After Guozhao Zhiqiang handed over all the money on the table, and the old lady motioned for one of the guards to come over. The guard dragged the shackled woman to the register. The old lady opened the shackled lock with the key that hung around her neck.

The old lady said, "You are free. This man paid for your freedom."

The lady burst into tears, "Thank you, Master."

Guozhao Zhiqiang, "I'm not your master, you can go anywhere you want." He smiled at Deming. "Let's go home." Guozhao Zhiqiang and Deming walked out the door, and Gen quickly followed them into the street.

On the main street, Guozhao Zhiqiang suddenly stopped at one of the stalls and picked up a silver bangle with bells. He asked, "How much is this?"

The stall owner said, "Fifty coins, this is sterling silver."

Guozhao Zhiqiang asked, "Is there one that made of gold or metal?"

The owner opened a small box and said, "These are all made of gold."

Guozhao Zhiqiang asked, "How much?"

The owner said, "Three hundred coins."

Guozhao Zhiqiang gave one of the silver ingots to the owner, and the owner returned the change to Guozhao Zhiqiang. Guozhao Zhiqiang took the gold bangle with bells and tucked it into his inner robe.

When the three walked back to the waiting group of hunters, Deming asked, "Who is that for?"

Guozhao Zhiqiang said, "It's for Zemin.

Deming smiled, "Um...why?"

Guozhao Zhiqiang said, "Promise me you won't laugh."

Deming said, "I promise."

Guozhao Zhiqiang said, "I just think all babies should wear bells. I... I think they are extremely cute walking on their tiny feet as the bell jingling."

Deming burst out laughing, "I'm sorry... I can't help it. I didn't expect that the terrifying hunter of Guozhao Hunters would have such fetish."

Guozhao Zhiqiang sighed and shook his head, "Stop laughing, aren't you hungry?"

Deming put his arm around Guozhao Zhiqiang's left arm, "I'm so hungry."

Guozhao Zhiqiang patted Deming's head lightly, and the two followed Gen to the other hunters that are still waiting for them down the road.
