As training continued, Tyler seemed to have noticed that my mind was somewhere else.
Tyler – Why is it that during each of your training sessions, at one point, your mind goes away?
Me – Sorry, I was just thinking of something.
Tyler – Really? Didn’t notice.
This sarcasm was nothing really new, and by that time, I kind of got used to it. I mean common, I was not any less sarcastic, so who am I to judge?
Tyler – Where did you escape to this time?
Me – I was just thinking about university, you know, back at a time when I was still a normal girl with normal friends and a normal boring life.
Tyler – Don’t you tell me you don’t like the excitement this training provides.
Me – I do. I really do. It’s just that, there are some things that I miss from my university life.
Tyler – Like what? Freedom?
Me – Not exactly. I meant drawing, painting, the simple things.
Tyler – Drawing? You draw?
