Dainty's Point of View

As I expected! Ms. Xariya is always everywhere. We saw each other here in the café and she told me to join her, I can't refuse because she is my client. I'm not paranoid or what but I sometimes feel like Ms. Xariya is following the hell out of me but she told me that she's always bored in their house so I'm relieved.

[Dainty, if you don't want to be seen in the news floating in the Pacific Ocean, then stop being so naughty and also stop pissing me off!]

I just switched off my phone after laughing at what RD said. I'm fresh to his new attitude because he sent me to Jake's place last night, whereas before he didn't care if I went home alone or was home alone. Then he invited me to join him today. He won't even allow me to go into the office to relax. He used to not take me with him when he went somewhere, but what happened now? I'm utterly confused. I have no idea what's going on with him or what he's thinking. I'm also thinking he'd like me to be his dog.

"Dainty, are you okay?" I returned to the right mood when Xariya in front of me spoke. "Yes hahaha, I'm just thinking about something," I replied. "Alright! But you should stop thinking too much so you will not faint again, okay? Hahaha." She was still joking so we laughed. We talked for a few more minutes. Sometimes about the project, but often we talk about entertaining kinds of stuff. "You know, I feel that we can get along well. Hahaha." She said and I laughed. I think so too. Another minute passed; RD arrived. This one is really weird; he did not listen to me. But he was with someone that I don't know, maybe that's what he is talking to a while ago or maybe his other dog hahaha. "Dainty," RD called me and slowly approached us, followed by that guy who is with him. He is a dog then!

"I told you not to follow me here, right?" I said slightly irritated. "I also told you to wait and not go anywhere, right?" RD sounds irritated also.

"I think I know now the answer to why you accepted my offer." RD's companion replied so I stared at him. What does he mean? He is weird too just like RD!

"Dainty, who are they? Hehe." Oh! Xariya is still here! My bad.

"Oh sorry, this is Ms. Xariya, my client." I introduced Xariya to them but these two guys did not answer. "Ahm, Xariya, this is RD, by the way. He also works with Sir Adrian." When I said that, it was as if RD regained consciousness and shook hands with Xariya. "Hello." RD greeted her and smiled. It would have been okay for all of us but suddenly, the man that RD is with fake coughed. Wow? Is he an attention seeker or what?

"Dainty, this is Mr. Montero by the way. He's my Uhm--- my boss! Yes, he’s, my boss." RD said that he was still scratching his neck. "I did not know that you have any other boss besides Ma'am Gigi?" I asked. "Stop asking, it's not that important," RD whispered to me.

"Hello, Mr. Montero, nice to meet you." Xariya suddenly said and shook hands with Mr. Montero. "Hi hahaha. Quit the formality, just call me Ken." Mr. Montero or Ken said then smiled at my client. Xariya smiled back too. "Alright, so KEN you be mine?" The three of us were surprised by what Xariya said. First of all, Mr. Montero looks like a respected businessman and Xariya here did not seem to mind it!

"W-what?" Mr. Montero sounds shocked but he's laughing. RD and I laughed with him too. "Just kidding! Don't take that seriously." Xariya replied then stop and look around the whole café, her eyes then stop on the waiter near us. "Waiter! Yohooo, I'll order some more fries! The large one, please!" Xariya added. This woman is crazy!

She then sat down and we both started talking because the two guys here seem to have their world. Her order then came and she offered us some, we gladly accept it. While we were busy eating, I can hear Mr. Montero whispering to RD. I was next to them, I was on the left side, Mr. Montero is on the right side and RD was in the middle. Xariya on the other hand does not have someone next to her on the other side of this table. "Kenneth, Vincent, and Ricko will be on guard." I heard Mr. Montero says in a whispering tone. Huh? I wonder what does that means? Maybe it's about RD's job, I will ask him later about that.

"Uh, Dainty..." Xariya called me so I look at her, she is now standing and looked ready to go. She caught RD and Mr. Montero's attention too so the three of us are looking at her now. "You're leaving now?" I asked the obvious and she nodded. "Yeah, Pauline wants us to eat lunch together so I'll go now!" She cheerfully said and smiled.

"Take care, then," I said as she bid her goodbye to us. She even waved at us from the outside before getting a cab for herself.

"You seem to be close with your client, huh?" RD said when Xariya left. I rolled my eyes at him; does he have a problem with my closeness to Xariya?

"She's kind and we get along really well, so yes, we are somewhat close," I said and sip on the coffee Xariya ordered for me a while ago when it was just the two of us. "You're sociable these days." He then shrugged. The hell? Does he have a problem with that too?

"Come on! Do not tell me that you're going to meddle with my social life?" I asked, sounding so confused. He shook his head and didn't utter a word after. I heard Mr. Montero faking a laugh so I raise my eyebrow at him.

"Are you two are in a kind of relationship or what? If not, then shut up and let me eat in peace." Mr. Montero said and it leaves my mouth open. What the? He sounds rude.

Kenneth's Point of View

It's been a week since Mr. Kendrix ordered us to look after his cousin and right now, we are having a nap in the A.O, and then we were called again by our boss. "I wonder why Mr. Kendrix call us?" I asked Vincent and Ricko who are with me right now, both of them are also my partners in this mission. "Maybe he will give us money because we are doing good in our work." Ricko then smirked. This guy’s only thinking about money, tsk. "Maybe he will introduce some girls? It's about time to have a girlfriend." Vincent spoke this time and he whistled. "You two are idiots," I said before knocking on the door of Mr. Kendrix's office. "Come in." I heard our boss say so we went inside. We caught him staring at his laptop while frowning. What is his problem now? Is his laptop not working? That's impossible, his things are always on the trend.

"Mr. Kendrix, is there a new mission or do you just miss us?" Ricko asked so Vincent laughed. Mr. Kendrix's face became serious and he looked at Vincent and Ricko furiously. I looked at Ricko and Vincent's faces now and they look like a puppy looking sorry to their master. "I will double your salary." Mr. Kendrix said so my ears pricked up. He showed us his laptop and there were three pictures of men there so I approached it to see it. "Ricko, my man, are they your relatives?" I asked and looked at Ricko while smirking before looking at the laptop again. "I do not even know those monkeys." He said annoyed and approached the laptop together with Vincent. "Why are you so ugly like them then?" I teased and he punched me but I was quick to dodge it.

"Hahaha, you're so ugly, man!" Vincent laughed and even slapped Ricko's face. Pft, this is hilarious! "You are crazy!" And Ricko has suddenly become a dragon. "Shut up you three, I want you to follow these guys." Mr. Kendrix silenced us so we keep quiet. But what did he say? He wants us to follow those three monkeys? Heck, I'm tired of looking at Vincent and Ricko's face then he wants us to follow these beasts?

"What about your cousin Mr. Kendrix?" Vincent asked. I want to applaud him for that question coz I didn't remember that. "Our mission on him will be finished, Mr. Kendrix?" Ricko asked too. I admit it, they are stupid most of the time but when they use their minds, they are fine. "No, what do you think is my reason for increasing your salaries? To do this mission of course." Oh! He is one hell of a boss! What Mr. Kendrix wants; he always gets it.

"Hey, Mr. Kendrix, I'm not being disrespectful but the amount of work you want us to do is so tiring sometimes." Vincent was about to cry. I almost laugh. "Will you do it or not? I can also order this job to others if the three of you are that tired, but you're not going to get your supposed to be increased salary." Mr. Kendrix simply said and closed his laptop then looked at us. Our boss is something! "Mr. Kendrix doesn't seem to know the word joke anymore. No one's tired here, we will follow your order." Ricko said. It's not that surprising, this guy loves money so much so there's no reason for him not to do this mission. "You may start tomorrow, update me from time to time too." Mr. Kendrix said before motioning us to leave his office.
