So that's it, my good friend Xariya likes Adrian so I volunteered to be their bridge of love because I like them to end up with each other.

Just recently, she wanted Adrian and I to date each other but she turned out to be the one who will be likely to date Adrian. And as a futuristic, I know that they will click.

Then there's another one! Xariya left us last night maybe because she was nervous or shy? Well, who will not be ashamed if your crush found out that you have feelings for her o him.

When Xariya left us there, I started explaining to Adrian what he should do and he listened to me so I felt that their feelings for each other were mutual. I giggled at that thought.

"What are thinking about there?" I stopped thinking when I heard Vincent's voice.

"Nothing, I'm just happy for my friend because she'll have a love life now." Smiling so proudly, I told him that.

"Love life? What are you talking about? Xariya doesn't seem to like Adrian, same goes to Adrian." Huh? Can he shut up?

"What are you talking about too? She admitted it last night! Also, don't you dare ruin my mood." I said out loud before eating the ice cream, I heard him laughed.

"Fine, I won't ruin your mood but I still like Mr. Montero more for your friend." There he is again, he always forces Xariya with Ken Montero! Xariya doesn't even like that guy, she likes Adrian! Only Adrian, okay?

"I don't like him, he's so rude. Adrian's the right guy for her." I said the proudly again. Who wouldn't be proud of Adrian, though? He's a man with principles!

He didn't talk anymore after I said that, it's good because I'm too lazy to speak again.

It's seven in the evening and I'm going to the restaurant that Xariya texted me today. Dainty allegedly told her to have dinner and Dainty also told her to invite me.

They're so sweet coz they don't forget me!

When I arrived at the restaurant, I was just amazed because it's so beautiful, both outside and inside. Will Xari's restaurant look like this after it finished? Maybe.

"Good evening!" I greeted them when I saw them. I sat down next to Xariya and waved at Dainty so she laughed at me before speaking.

"He's on his way, just wait for a bit." She said, pertaining to the person she invited too.

"It's okay, we're not that hungry yet." Xari said and played with her fingers. She looks bored right now.

Just like what Dainty said, we did not wait for too long because the someone he's talking about arrived.

And it was Ken Montero! I saw him last night at Xari's house but I didn't talk nor get close to him because he looks snob. Well, he talked to Xari and Nate but he still is snob, for me!

"Thank goodness, you're here!" Dainty said and Ken Montero smirk at him. They look close too.

"I'm working hard in the company, unlike you." Dainty hit his arm but he didn't mind it, instead, he look at me and Xariya, or is it just Xariya? "Good evening, Xariya, Pauline..." Oh he knows me! Maybe Xariya told him my name? Yep! Maybe that's it. I smiled at him while Xari just nodded and did not even look at him. What's wrong with this woman?

After Ken Montero greeted us he sat next to Dainty so he and Xariya are facing each other. I didn't make it a big deal because Xariya does not like him and I only want Adrian for my beautiful friend here!

"I'm hungry, let's order our food now?" We all nodded at what Dainty said. A waiter also approached us to pick up our order.

"How about your drinks, Ma'am, Sir?" The waiter asked.

"Just iced tea for me." Me, Dainty and Ken Montero said that at the same time. The waiter nodded and looked at Xariya who's still playing with her fingers and is unusually so quiet right now.

"How about you, Ma'am?" The waiter asked my friend who did not even bother to glance at him.

"Water is fine..." and the waiter nodded and left.

"You don't want to drink juice? That's not so you." I told her and she just shrugged.

"Their water is a bit sweet so I kinda like it." She just said and laughed so I rolled my eyes her. Ken Montero laugh with her and I roll my eyes even more. What Xariya said is not even funny!

She's just crazy and that's what's funny!

"Xari, you're creeping me out. Stop laughing." I said so she stopped laughing. Why would she even laugh at the first place, though?

Then after that, she took her phone out and I saw typed a message but I didn't see who was it. Maybe, Adrian? If yes, then I'm gonna jump here!

"Who's texting you?" I asked when I saw her type a message again. Dainty and Ken Montero even looked at us because my voice is so loud.

"It's just Nate, he told me not to go home late." Oh. I thought it was Adrian but never mind that! Our food came and that's the most important thing right now.

"Speaking of Nate, how was his birthday party? I'm really sorry and I didn't go, I'm busy with work these days." Dainty asked while we were eating, she's a bit talkative now and that's fine instead of being quiet here. I hate quiet places, just so you know!

"It was fine and fun, I guess?" Xari answered But wait, did I heard that right? She guess it was fun?

"Something's wrong with your answer, Xari. Of course it is really fun because you'll have a love life!" I said and she stared angrily at me. Dainty and Ken Montero looked at me as if they were wondering why I said that.

"Don't you start pissing me off, Pau, I will really throw this fork at you." My friend said sounding so irritated. Why is she even irritated?!

"Love life? Why? Do you already have a lover Xariya? Oh, you!" Dainty teased her so I smiled widely.

That's right Dainty! Tease her!!!

"No, Pauline's just crazy." Xari answered plainly and continued eating. She has been acting so rude since yesterday.

"Hello? Me? Crazy? Maybe it's you because you're crazy for Adrian!" I smirked.

When I said that, Xariya choked. Not only her, but also Ken Montero. I wonder why?

"Oh my gosh? Is that Adrian, my boss, you are talking about? You told me he's not your boyfriend! Oh my gosh! Maybe he's not your boyfriend yet because he's still your suitor!" Dainty shouted in shock and I answered for Xari because she's drinking the water that she said was sweet.

"Yes! Adrian, the great Adrian Mivaez." That's how it is when you are proud of your friend's lover. But wait, did Dainty said that Adrian is Xariya's suitor? I did know that Adrian already made a move!

"That's why you're really so close." Dainty said again but Xariya didn't even speak. She seem not so interested with our topic.

"But it's good that Adrian isn't slow, is he? Not like someone I know who's slower than a turtle.." Dainty added.

And hey! Was I the only one who noticed that he looked at Ken Montero who is eating seriously and quietly now.

Is he the one referred to as slow? If yes, I don't care.

"Also, did you know? Of course not but I'll tell you now so that you'll know. Xariya's family really like Adrian for her! They'll be glad if Xari will end up together with Adrian." I said while giggling and Dainty also giggled together with me.

"How's Sir Adrian as a suitor, Xari? Does he gives you flowers everyday?" Dainty asked Xari and I laughed softly.

But before Xariya could answer that, Ken Montero suddenly stood up so the three of us looked at him. What's the problem of this man too? Xariya and him are the same! They are acting so rude!

"I'm done eating, I'll be going now." He said but I did not answer. The hell I care if he leave? I'll be glad because the three of us can have a girly talk!

"Huh? Why? You haven’t finished eating yet you said you're done? Or maybe you’re just affected?"

Listening to Dainty's voice, she seems to be teasing Ken Montero. The rude man just stared at her and left without saying a word.

"Sorry about that but don't mind him, he's just like that." Dainty said while looking at Ken Montero who's walking so fast outside.

"It's fine!" I answered and smiled at Dainty. She smiled back at me too before turning to Xariya again who's just busy eating. I wonder what she's thinking right now?

"Back to our wonderful topic! You know what? Many of my officemates likes Sir Adrian because he's so hot! Even his clients likes him, so you're really lucky, Xari!" Dainty said so I was amazed. I know Adrian is handsome but I did not know that he's got so many admirers!

"Aside from his handsome face and good attitude, he's so committed with his job too that makes him more attractive! So Xari, how does it feel that Sir Adrian is courting you, huh?" She asked Xari a question at the end of her statement but Xariya did not answer her.

"And when will you say yes to him?" Dainty asked again but Xariya still didn't answer.

And we just kept on asking Xariya but she did not answer a single question!
