A month had passed and I can say that me and Vin are getting along though we always fight. We always bicker, personally or even in our group chat.

"Yuri! Jay is outside." Mav told me. I stood up and went out. Jay is not alone, she's with CL and Vin.

"Why people?" I asked them cooly.

"Let's go to the mall later." Jay said, I nodded and winked at them. "Cringe." Vin said. I walked to her and choked her. She just laughed and Jay asked me to stop. CL was silent and just staring at us.

"Any problem, Miss Shin?" I asked CL.

"I got no problem, Miss Choi." Vin answered. I slapped her arm for that.

"I'm talking to CL." I glared at her. "I'm a Shin too. She's my mom, ya know." She said and smiled. I rolled my eyes at her.

"You two look cute together." CL said shortly.

"Her?!"

"Us?!"

Both of us pointed at each other and said it in shock.

"A big NO, you know me. I don't want to be with someone who is younger than me." I said.

"I love my life. I might die early if that girl is my girl." Vin said dramatically. I slapped her arms again. CL and Jay laughed at us.

"I'll laugh so hard if the two of you ended up together." Jay stated.

"I accept you as my daughter-in-law, Yuri." CL held my arms. I looked at them, confused. "What happened to you two?" I asked them but they just smiled at me.

We talked or more like I bickered with Vin before they decided to go back to their respective classrooms. I entered our room and our class president stood in front.

She announced some activities for the upcoming Intramurals for Senior High School students, like me. They chose who will do a character cosplay for our class' team. I didn't want to get involved so I just watched their commotion silently.

"I think Yuri can be one of the dancers!" Den suggested which made me look at her.

Though I didn't agree, I got no choice. They already listed my name. Thank God, we're gonna wear masks on our performance. After settling everything, we waited for our subject teacher but he didn't come. I guess we got no classes for the day. I got bored and sat at the corridor. I remained there for an hour before one of our classmates called me in and told me that we'll have our practice. I can't believe they placed me in front and told the other dancers to look at me in case they forgot the steps. Oh God, I just hope I won't fail.

After practicing for almost 3 hours they let us take a break for 30 minutes. I opened my bag to get my extra shirt and my wallet. Mav, Den, and me went to the comfort room first before heading to the canteen. I bought a bottle of water and some food. I breathed heavily as we sat at one of the tables. We stayed there for a couple of minutes before heading back. I'm tired and sweating. The practice resumed again and they didn't let us rest 'til dismissal. Thank God, we got no afternoon classes. I quickly went to my locker to get another extra shirt from there and changed at the bathroom. I sprayed some perfume and tied my hair up. I was about to exit the building when I felt some hands on my shoulder. I looked and saw the 'Shin' family.

"You look tired." Jay said.

"Yeah, we just finished practicing."

"Do you still wanna go to the mall? Or you'll head home?" I smiled at her tiredly, hesitating to answer.

"Don't go home yet. I don't wanna be a third wheel." Vin pleaded. I sighed and nodded.

"Alright, alright. Stop whining, okay? I'll go with you." Vin celebrated and stuck her tongue out at the two.

"But let me call my driver first." I fished for my phone inside my pocket and told my driver to wait for my call again.

We walked to the mall and ate lunch first before strolling. But after an hour I asked for a break.

"Vin, accompany Yuri for a while. We'll just go and find something upstairs. We'll come back later, okay?" Vin nodded and sat beside me. I closed my eyes and opened it again after a minute.

"Wait for me here. I'll buy you a water." I nodded with her statement. After a couple of minutes, I felt a cold thing on my cheek. I held it and opened my eyes. I drank it all and exhaled loudly.

"You must be really tired. I shouldn't have asked you to stay." She said and slapped her forehead. I held her hand and shook my head.

"It's fine. I'll rest at home later." I closed my eyes again.

"Is your name only Yuri?" She asked me. I shook my head and told her my full name.

"Yurisses Psyche Choi."

"Aikovin Harriette Shin." She replied.

We talked calmly for almost two hours. It's the first time we talked normally, without bickering. Our conversation was all about our life and family.

"Hey girls, we're back." We looked at Jay and CL, standing in front of us. I smiled at them and stood up.

"I'm feeling dizzy." I smiled then everything went black.

"Yuri!"

I opened my eyes and saw the familiar sky blue ceiling of my room. I sat straight and looked around. I saw Jay and CL sleeping in my couch peacefully. The opening door caught my attention.

"Oh you're awake!" Vin smiled widely at me and gave me the glass of water she is holding. I drank immediately.

"I feel guilty. I'm sorry for making you stay earlier. I should've let you go home and rest." Vin apologized.

"Hey, it's fine. Besides I enjoyed it though I passed out." I smiled at her warmly.

"Yuri! Thank God you're awake!" Jay exclaimed.

"I called your father from your emergency call list. Uncle was very worried." She continued.

"He's home?" I asked.

"No, he called your driver. He said he won't make it that fast if he'll be the one to pick us up from the mall." She answered. I smiled, my father is a busy man. Luckily, our business is not near our house. He can't ditch his investors and employees.

"But he said—"

"Yuri! Are you alright?" I heard my father's voice. I smiled at him and nodded.

"Jay told me you passed out at the mall. Thank God, you're with them. Thank you girls, I think you should stay for the night. It's already 10 pm, I'll inform your parents—" My father stopped when she saw Vin beside me.

"Hi there, what's your name?" He casually asked her.

"Vin Shin, sir." He bowed and smiled at my father.

"Can you give me your parents' number? I'll inform them you'll stay for the night." My father replied.

"I informed them already, sir. But here it is." She said.

"Thank you. You girls can go upstairs and change." My father went out of my room and tapped his phone continuously.

"Let's go!"
