CHAPTER X " I'M NOT HER, WITH HIM "

Lolita's P.O.V.

When I walked in-front of them, I couldn't help but overthink. From the way my brother looks, my father's heavy breathing and my mother's petrified look.

"What did I hear from your brother? "Father sternly said sitting on the throne.

"I apologize Father "I said with my head down.

"Raise your head, I didn't teach you that "He said loudly making me obey.

"Lolita of all you'll have a relationship with, why an angel? "Mother said walking near me.

"It's all in the past and I never knew his angel more on the God's son I-beam "I explain but father raises his hand making me stop talking.

"That's not the problem Lolita, you had a relationship without telling us? To add on an angel "Nyx said.

"We allowed you to come to the human world because you wanted to feel how humans live and even if it includes having a relationship you should have told us "Mother said reaching to hold my hand but I pulled back.

"What's with the three of you? Why do you always disapprove when I'm getting into a relationship? Why? This is why I didn't tell any of you "I shout backing away from them.

"You can't, I won't allow you to get hurt again, I can't…. "Mother was cut off by father.

"She doesn't need to know "Father said before walking back to his throne.

"What do you mean mother? Why don't you continue? Are you hiding something from men, again? "When no one answers me I immediately understand that no one will tell me anything so I just leave hearing my mother and brother calling me.

I didn't know where I'm going, for hours I teleported to anywhere that they didn't know. Until I arrive at a lake with such beautiful scenery making me calm down.

I walk around to find a gazebo that is filled with golden flowers.

"How can a place like this exist, it's too surreal even for a creature like me "I said, sitting on the ground before laying flat, closing my eyes, feeling the air pass through me.

It was peaceful but when I heard a twig snap making me alert from my surroundings but still keeping my eyes close.

"How did you get here? "

"Hendrix? "I said, opening my eyes to be welcomed by Hendrix looking at me.

"How come you get to enter here Lolita "He asked with a serious expression.

"I didn't know, I just teleported here "He held his hand out helping me get up and leading me to the gazebo.

"Do you know that you're in the territory held by a vampire, by my father "He said, making me shocked.

"How did I get to enter here, don't I need permission from upper vampires, like in the demon realm? "He nodded, it's making me confused.

"And the thing that this place is only known by two people as it covers my magic, And the only one who knew is me and Natalie "Without him noticing he said her name but surprisingly nothing changed from me.

"This place is made with a spell canceling anyone's power considering she's a human "He said while smiling.

"You really loved her that much "He nodded and touched a golden flower.

"This flower contains the faith of the person who pulled it, pulled one Lolita "When I pulled the flower it turned into a dust and when it touched my forehead it glows and slowly words form inside my head.

"Why should I tell you? "I said standing up, walking away a bit to stop myself from thinking about the words that appear in my mind so Hendrix won't read my mind, even if his powers are not working, it's better to be careful.

"Did you really have a relationship with Ethan? "I sigh deeply.

"I did, but it's all in the past now "The lake is really clear that you can see some gems deep in the water.

"Let's go back, they might be looking for you "

"No… I refuse to go, I'll stay here but if you don't want I'm going somewhere "I start to use my power to teleport, blue smoke surrounds me.

"You can stay just don't tell anybody about this place, go behind that altar and you'll see a wall field with vines, find a triangle shape brick and say her name then a door will appear leading to a room, it would be enough for you to stay “He said then leave immediately as if someone is pushing him away.

I did what I said and a faint door appeared and when I entered I saw a well organized room.

“I guess he visit this place often, maybe her room or their room “

The room is filled with things you’ll need to leave for a long time, it’s clean and well kept.

“I guess I’ll stay here for a while until I clear my mind “I change to some clothes that I find and luckily it suits me like it’s made for me.

I looked around not knowing what to do so I just decided to take a rest and slowly drift to dream land.

Hendrix’s P.O.V.

I head to the living room to see them doing their own things. I sat beside Aden on the floor playing with Loli and the cat. Sometimes Nyx arrives looking worried.

“Have Lolita come back here? “Nyx asked, the others said no when I just stayed quiet.

“Did something happen? “Luca asked and Nyx nodded.

“She just ran out while talking to us back at the palace and knowing that her emotion is unstable I’m afraid she would lose control resulting for her to get hurt “He said.

‘She wouldn’t she’s safe ‘I said in my thoughts.

“Don’t worry too much she’ll come back sooner “Adam said reading a book.

“I hope so, I’ll look for her “Nyx said before disappearing using the same technique as Lolita.

When everyone goes back to what they 're doing I head back to my bedroom but before I can even go inside a voice stops me.

“I know you know where Lolita is, just be careful if you don’t want Nyx to find out “Aden said before leaving me alone.

“I told him to stop invading my mind, why can’t I block him from reading my thoughts “I said, shaking my head and heading inside my room.

I decided to take a nap to remember where my dream always takes me.

I was back at the sacred place where Lolita is staying, me and Natalie’s secret place where we always met before because of how we had a relationship in secret.

“I never expect to have someone here again after years. It's been two years already Natalie, why don’t you show up again? Is it because of Lolita? You can’t be her right, it’s impossible “I said while looking at the altar to see an image of what happened before.

It was me and Natalie running around because of the rabbit she brought here but it escaped from her grasp making the two of us run after it.

‘Bunny why are you running away? ‘She ran until she caught it and played with it nonstop.

‘Your paying too much attention to that bunny and forget about me ‘Shwe faced me smiling.

‘It’s too cute to resist but I will never forget about you, okay ‘She said and proceeded to play with the bunny while I admired her.

‘I don’t know if you stop reincarnating Natalie ‘I said, making her let go of the bunny and get close to me before hugging me tight.

‘I won’t so don’t worry but if I didn’t reincarnate it means you’ll finally see the real me ‘That word I remember it now, those words confuse me until now.

“What does she mean the real her?'' I mumbled to myself.

“Hendrix “Because of the sudden voice it made me stand up abruptly resulting in me slipping in her direction falling on top of her.

“Yah!! You keep mumbling now you slip wake up “She said and push me away

“I’m sorry I lost my balance “I said.

“Why are you back again? Didn’t you want to leave a while ago? “She asked to brush some dirt on her clothes.

“It’s mine so I can go back whenever I want and what do you mean I want to leave? I didn’t want to but I need to “She just look at me “And I came back because everytime I sleep I goes straight here “

“That explains why, by the way if you don’t mind I borrow some clothes which I guess belong to Natalie “It is Natalie’s but it suits her like she owned it.

“No problem, your brother is finding you “She just scoff

“Don’t you dare say where I am?'' she said before walking away towards the lake standing on the side.

“I won't worry “She smiled at me “But I need to train you “She looked at me not sure before nodding.

Lolita’s P.O.V.

Three days have passed since I hid here but I never felt free like this, although Hendrix trained me I had more fun staying here than being stressed about what’s happening around.

Hendrix always comes back with food then we’ll train physically and mentally and without me doing anything my emotion is getting stable again.

“You know sooner or later your brother would sense I know where you are and I don’t want to involve this place “Hendrix said munching his food.

“I know don’t worry that much I won’t tell this place to anyone when I decide to come out “I don’t know what comes in my mind but I sprinkle some water on him making me run away from him and him running after me.

“Lolita came back here “He shouted and minutes passed. We enjoyed chasing each other but when I caught him we didn’t notice we were on the edge of land, making us fall on the deep part of the lake.

I held tight on him and he pulled us back up. I noticed I had my arms around his neck while he stared at my eyes, too close.

“Lolita “He called me but I was so occupied that I had my arms around his neck that I didn’t know we moved our face closer and closer until our lips touched. A kiss is shared by the two of us, I don’t want it but I pulled closer, my eyes closing so he is.
