I Won't Let Him.

Third Person's POV.

A Few Hours Earlier...

"Princess, wait," Dixon yelled as he tried to run after her. He ran past Adeline, who had a worried look on her face. She knew McKenna. She knew that whenever that lady was mad, she always ran away from home, and every time that happens, she always ran into trouble.

Dixon ran as fast as he could after her. He could see her blond, wavy hair in the distance. Dixon kept his eyes on her, not wanting to lose her. Not looking at where he was going, he crashed into a little girl.

"I'm so sorry, baby girl. Are you okay?" He asked her as he helped her up her feet. She nodded and smiled at him before going her way. He looked up to the direction he last saw McKenna go through. She seemed to have disappeared. He ran towards that direction, hoping to still catch up with her.
