I Feel Okay.

Third Person's POV.

It didn't take long for Dixon to register what had happened.

"McKenna." He muttered as he dashed out of the living room, running frantically up the stairs. It wasn't long before he pushed the door open and barged inside.

McKenna was standing in the middle of the room with Luke on the opposite end. Luke had his hand on his cheek, and Dixon's lamp, which was previously on the bedside table, was shattered on the floor.

"Princess, what happened? Are you alright?" Dixon said as his breaths calmed down, seeing her awake and safe.

"He---He scared me." She said, pointing at Luke, who still had his hand on his cheek.

"Was that enough reason to break my face with the freaking lamp?" Luke replied. Dixon looked between both of them, trying to sniffle his laugher.

"I didn't break your head. Stop exaggerating."

"You would've if I wasn't fast enough to protect myself. Geez, I can't believe this is what I get for worrying about you."
