The world wasn't the same when they discovered alien-invested mercury. This mercury killed millions and invested others who got too close. Earth's Last Hope

We stood in front of the gunshop staring at its demise. Someone had already raided it, which leaves us with nothing. I should have taken to account that someone else might have stolen the hot spot goodies. I mentally slap myself in the face for the third time today. 


If there are no guns here then maybe the police station itself. But judging by what Alaric said about the caste system, the humanoids should be guarding the station. It's a harder operation but I can't go back with Coleman gunless. It looks too suspicious. 


"Ok, that was a bust but now we go to the police station." I hop back into the car. Coleman stood there staring at the building. "What are you doing?" I say getting out once again. 


"Trying to see if I could still use my X-ray vision." He frowns and looks at me. 


"It's ok, we don't need it." I smile up at him.
