Chapter 28

"Coordinate? To where?" I stare at the piece of paper like it's going to tell me where it leads to.

"I don't know. We would have to find the other half of the coordinate to figure out where it leads." He squeezes my shoulder. "We have to go right now if you want to save your friends."

I turn to the door. "Our friends." I shake off his grip on my shoulder.

Swinging my gun to my hands, I turn to Coleman and signal for him to go first. He looks at me with hurt glimmering in his eyes, but he proceeds to go. He doesn't want me to think he's human. To me, he is human.

I follow him out without another thought. I have to clear my head about what's about to come. Any humanoids that come our way will be dead at the sight. They deserve to die for invading our home and planet.

Each turn we take, a humanoid falls. We make our way to the eating quarters to see what James is going to do with my people.
