A lonely street

with no destination to go to Emily made her way into the dark street that was provided with few light to light it up .it was her first time to walk on the street at night alone she was a little scared and increased in her walking speed when she heard some footsteps coming from behind her she was about to call for help when the man walked past her in order not to show her fear she sat down on one of the street benches .

the rain had just to and she could feel it cool breeze coming from the surrounding and also she could smell the scent of sand it made her remember when she was at the beach building sand castle with Ella she would miss all of that now that she was on her own after a while of thinking she stood up to continue her journey she was a bit sleepy but had no place to start so she decided to continue walking she had walked up to 3hours when she felt pains on her legs she hadn't walked for such a long time and distance before she decided to stop by a cafe and rest for a while to regain her strength and continue entering inside the cafe she sat at one end of the cafe were she couldn't be noticed easily sitting down there for quite a while she was spoted by a young lady the lady walked over to Emily's corner where she sat.

"You seem to be alone,are you waiting for someone"? the lady asked Emily was caught off guard she didn't know what to say she knew she wasn't waiting for anybody but she had to reply so she just gave the lady a smile and said she was waiting for her God mother she just wished she had one she wouldn't have any need to worry for way to go but now that she had none she had to worry about what she would eat the lady was still standing there looking at her as if not convinced by the answer . Emily could feel sweat on her hands already did the lady caught her was she going to call it on her Emily asked herself but was surprised to see the lady smiled back at her

"would you like a cup of chocolate "? she later asked now Emily was speechless she didn't think about that when she entered into the cafe.

"it only a dollar for children like you "the lady said Emily didn't have the money to pay she had to think of something fast looking around the cafe she had an idea

"do u have royal champagne "? Emily asked she had heard the name on TV so she thought mentioning it would be a great idea

"No we only have assorted wines and the normal champagne"the lady replied with a surprised look on her face Emily could see the lady was surprised she just smiled back at her saying

"i would also like a cup of water if you don't have what I asked for"Emily said the lady just gave a nod and left Emily gave a out a sigh of relief and just hope for the best after that type of drama relaxing her back on the set she looked at the street for a while knowing she would soon be out there again in a short time she almost jumped out of the set when she had the lady's voice "Here it your water "the lady said

"Thanks and how much is it" Emily replied talking as if she had the money to pay for it

"No it's free" the lady said smiling Emily was glad to hear that and now she was a bit relaxed the lady left her to be alone and she sat there pretending to be waiting for someone after some time she fell asleep she didn't know how but she knew she was sleeping at where she don't have any idea she was woken up when she heard someone talking beside her when she was fully awake she saw a man standing beside her putting one hand on her shoulder

"We are closed" the man said Emily replied with just a nod of the head graping her bag she made her way towards the door of the cafe

Pushing it open and stepping outside she was welcomed by the cold night breeze pulling out her sweater and putting it on she made her way into the almost empty street of S city for the second time having no where to head to and no place to stay for the night she headed towards a popular park where she found an old man in his mid 70's setting beside a wooden bench she greeted him and walked past him heading for another bench in front when she arrived she was about to take a set when she had a man yelling behind her

" That my space go find your's" the man yelled Emily trying to understand what was taking place turned back facing the old man .

"That my space" the man repeated Emily was now becoming confused

"But I got here before you" Emily said politely

"It my yard and you have to pay to get a bench" the man said stretching fort his wrinkled hand , Emily was surprised at the situation she became speechless she couldn't believe she would have to pay for a bench a bench for crying out loud

"you better sleep on the grass if u don't have any money" the man said proudly and without remose and left Emily standing there still in shock the rain had stopped but the grass were still wet there was no way she could sleep on them she left the park and headed in a direction she knows nothing about after an hour of walking she finally came to sub way station it was not functioning at that moment Emily decided to have a look she might be lucky to see a place to spend the night going down the stairs of the under ground train station It was totally silent heading further into the station she headed towards the left .

After some minutes of walking she finally found a place to sleep she made sure she wasn't followed by anyone putting down her bag she sat on the bear floor though it was her to sleep on it was better than suffering . Using her bag as a pillow Emily fell asleep without thinking about anything she was tired and just wanted to rest
