My Innocent Little Vampire, Don’t Ever Change

Standing in the living room of Astur's house is four people. Naturally, they are Astur, Elizabeth, Kretea, and Ystur. Elizabeth and Kretea are silently looking back and forth between Astur and Ystur, surprised over the new person who looks almost identical to Astur.

Elizabeth's and Kretea's eyes meet before turning towards Astur as they simultaneously ask, "Your daughter?"

Instantly provoking a response, Astur shouts, "No!"

But Ystur contradicts this as she says, "Yes."

"No!"

"Yes."

After the two go back and forth on the matter for a few minutes, Kretea intervenes and asks, "Putting this aside for now, how about some introductions?"

Astur doesn't really want to keep wasting her time and energy on this topic either, so she drops it for now. Although she has a suspicion that there is a reason, Ystur is insisting so hard on referring to her as her mother, despite her own protests, even though Ystur isn't wrong by calling her so. And Astur is right, there is another reason behind Ystur's insistence, beyond the enjoyment she gets from teasing Astur, she also got a quest with repeating rewards to refute Astur every time she denies their relationship, although the reward just a small amount of EXP, but the quest is officially completed when Astur publicly admits to her parental relationship with Ystur.

[Quest: Gain You Mother's Acknowledgement (Rank A)]

[Description]: Gain the recognition and acknowledgement of your mother, Astur Sera Kojuuin. Your mother is a tsundere, even if she sees you as her daughter in her head, she is unwilling to publicly admit so. Change her ways and get her to admit to being your mother.

[Rewards]: +500,000 EXP

[Bonus]: Instantly gain 100 EXP every time you refute Astur when denying her relationship to you.

[Failure Penalty]: None

Satisfied with the extra few thousand experience points she just received, Ystur smiles and says, "I'm Ystur Kojuuin, daughter of Astur Kojuuin. It's nice to meet ya.

Being appreciative of Ystur's manners that are a step higher than her mothers, Elizabeth responds in kind, "A pleasure to meet you, Ystur, I'm Elizabeth Tepes. A friend of Astur and one of the residents here at her house. I also take care of most administrative tasks of the Holy Oulvgar State."

"I'm Kretea, since my appointment as Astur's personal guard, I've also taken up residence in her house."

"Before Ystur can respond to the two of them, Astur interrupts, "Basically, one is a Vampire who's addicted and reliant on my blood. The other is a stalker who follows me around everywhere."

Both Elizabeth and Kretea open their mouths to argue back, but they freeze as they also realise that, in a sense, Astur isn't wrong. Elizabeth has said before that she finds Astur's blood to be quite appetising and is indeed reliant on it since it prevents her from growing weak. And ever since her appointment as Astur's guard, Kretea does follow her around wherever she goes. Thus, although greatly simplified while taking cutting many corners, Astur isn't wrong with her statement.

Seeing that Elizabeth and Kretea don't argue back, Ystur gives them a strange look as she wonders if her Mother is actually being honest in her assessment of them.

On the other hand, Kretea quickly figures out that this is Astur retaliating from the previous question she and Elizabeth made when Astur and Ystur first walked into the living room together. Not knowing when to stop, Kretea asks, "So who's the Father?

Elizabeth and Ystur both feel a chill in the air, despite no real changes in temperature. Kretea on the other hand, seeing the smile on Astur's face, one that clearly holds no joy, it's at this moment, Kretea knew, she fucked up.

Slowly, Astur takes out and lights a cigarette. She just continues to look at Kretea silently as she releases a puff of smoke. She's just standing there, menacingly.

As cold sweat forms on Kretea's back, "Oh, I just remembered, my father wanted me to help him with the military training today, I better get a move on," she says, quickly moving out the door.

Seeing Kretea make a run for it, Astur remains still, letting out another puff of smoke. And only a few moments later, the three still in the house can hear Kretea's voice as she shouts, "Why can't I go through the barrier!?"

Elizabeth flinches slightly as Astur takes out a thick rope from her storage ring, "I'll be right back," Astur says as she walks out the door.

Ignoring the unsightly sounds coming from beyond the walls, Elizabeth turns to Ystur and asks, "So jokes aside, are you actually Astur's daughter?"

"As far as genetics are concerned, yes, and before you ask, there isn't a Father. Apparently, she was trying to create a homunculus but messed up and ended up with me instead. But uh… should we do something about whatever's happening outside?"

Elizabeth thinks about it for a moment, but quickly chooses to let it be and not interfere, "A while ago, before your Mother built a resistance to the mushrooms she grows here, she got high and tied me up with that same rope she pulled out. It's about time someone else gets to know what it's like to hang from the ceiling with their arms and legs tied together. Let's just wait for them to finish."

A few minutes later, Astur and Kretea return, but seeing the state Kretea is in, Ystur blushes slightly as she says, "Mom, I don't think that's very appropriate."

"First, don't call me that. Second, Do you have a problem with my punishment?" Astur says.

"No, but, I mean… you tied her in a turtle shell binding and you even gagged her," Ystur says.

"I don't really see anything too bad about Kretea's situation. I mean, compared to hanging from the ceiling as I did, I think she got off easy," Elizabeth says.

Ystur wants to explain the connotation behind Kretea's situation to Elizabeth, but a sharp glare from Astur is all that was needed for her to reconsider and remain silent.

Astur's face softens as she says, "Oh, Elizabeth, my innocent little Vampire, don't ever change."
