"Stupid who?". Jonakyn flinched then moved away the latter laughed.

"What the!". She hissed before moving away, she abruptly looked at the person but instead of glaring she was stuck staring.

She can't believe what she seeing she close her eyes blinked twice to make sure she's not just seeing things she not hallucinating.

Once she opens her eyes back she was greeted by his confused look." You're real". She whispered then looked back at the rain who is getting heavier at the moment.

"It's real". She said laughing and was about to run off to the rainy field and bathe over it because of being too overwhelmed but before she could he grabbed her to his making her crashed into his well-built chest.

" The hell your gonna get sick!". The latter scolded her but she didn't care about it instead she lifts her hands slowly caressing his warm face.

The man stops from scolding he was caught off guard by the sudden action Jonakyn was making she was still beaming looking at him with such adoration and happiness.

"Your real". She whispered caressing every bit of the man's face the smoothness of his skin, the thickness of his lashes, and the brows who's not been shaped but was perfectly laying on the top of his deep brown eyes that looks confused at her but she didn't budge she was so into the moment that she slowly caresses his plump lips who's reddish even thou it's bare it is like it is always inviting for a deep French kiss.

The warmth of the sudden embrace that feeling she's been wanting to feel.

" Girl! You missed me that much".

Jonakyn snapped out of reality she was shocked at the realization of what the hell is she doing she abruptly moved away and looked back at the field she can feel his stares and she can hear his laughter she mentally slap herself for getting carried away for acting that way.

"Sorry I was just.. I don't know what got into me". She apologized looking down hiding his face away from his gaze.

"Hey! you don't have to be shy because of missing me hmm". He added teasingly

Jonakyn pouted she thought he would be mad or would question her but he was laughing a while ago and now he's teasing her instead of getting mad but deep inside she was relieved because the latter is not mad.

"What? don't hide that face look at me little duck". He said pinching her face making her face him.

" Stop it". She hissed moving her face away from his touch she doesn't want to be carried away again she might do something embarrassing again but the man didn't let her he squish her face towards his.

"There let me see that..fa..".

Sparks... It's what she is feeling at the moment and she might be mistaken but she saw it at him too but she wasn't that sure because before she could look more deeply at him he moved away.

But instead of moving Jonakyn stayed, she was stuck staring at his back looking so lost.

" I'm sorry". He said making her confused and what she was more confused about is the sudden feeling of emptiness she was lost in words after hearing him she felt cold all of a sudden and everything around her was deafening.

"What are you saying sorry for?". She replied hoarsely as the droplets of tears start falling from her eyes she lifts her hands and touches the tears falling she can't believe her for crying.

" what the fuck?". She whispered abruptly wiping the tears away, why is she crying what the hell is wrong with her that she felt rejected all of a sudden, she's feeling the same pain on that day the same hellish pain she wants to forget.

He's turning his back at her moving away from her is making her feel that same pain she thought she had already been used to, the same pain she thought she had already surpassed.

"Why are saying sorry?". She said again no longer stopping her tears.

" What the hell ". She heard him say before running back at her embracing her calming her he must have thought she is crazy she even thinks she is.

" Hey what's wrong with you?". He asked but she just embrace him back instead of replying she didn't like that feeling a while ago she hates it.

They were just there hugging not minding the rain gets heavier and they were almost close to getting wet by it but Jonakyn didn't calm down she can still feel that pain even if she already stop crying and was comforted by him she still can't get that pain away from her like a chain on her neck that she can't remove.

"Are you okay now?". He asked Jonakyn nod even though the pain is still there, she nods and instantly freed him with the embrace they were sharing she then looked away.

" I'm sorry". She replied she heard him sighed then once again felt being embraced by him.

"What..ar..". She was about to ask when he interrupts

" Let me embrace you too you cry baby

I was hoping you would console me cause I was about to tell you my problem and yet you are the one who's crying and consoling that's unfair". He complained in a teasing tone but he's probably serious about his problem because she can feel his embrace tightening.

Jonakyn didn't think twice about it she turned to face him and hug him back." I'm sorry". She once again says.

She can feel him getting calm too she didn't even care if someone would see them even if it's not okay breaking school policy even if it's just once but she didn't care of that thought, for now, everything was just all about him and the comfort they both need.

"Your phone is ringing". Jonakyn stated they are now both sitting on the bench both are silently observing the field drenched by the heavy rain.

Jonakyn keeps on noticing the ringing of Lucas's phone but he didn't even give a look at the caller and continued ignoring it.

" why is it bothering you?". He asked before getting his phone and turning it off, she looked at him and then looked away.

" No". She chooses to reply even though she was curious about why is he ignoring the caller she doesn't have the right to pry on other's privacy.

"My boyfriend". He replied monotonously

" what?". She asked maybe she misheard what he just said.

" Your face looks like your begging me to know who is that caller and why am I ignoring it". He replied then looked at her.

"It's my boyfriend I mean ex-boyfriend".
