Chapter 4

After i eaten, I went back to sleep for a while and when I woke up, Leo was beside me sleeping in a chair. He looks to gorgeous and peaceful when he's asleep.

"Leo?"

"Hey you, How are you feeling?"

"A lot better, thank you"

"How do you feel about maybe having a bath today, then we will go for a walk and I will show you around and also introduce you to some of my closest friends and family".

I nodded

"sounds good" I replied

Leo turned on the water and gave me some spare clothes.

The baths all ready for you, everything you would need is already in there including some old clothes that use to belong to my sister Sophie, you will meet her in a while" he said kissing the top of my head.

I'll be downstairs taking care of a few things if you need me. When you are finished, come to the kitchen and that's where you find me. First door on your right. I'll make you some food before we take a tour, okay?"

"Okay, thank you"

"your welcome" He said smiling.

(Leo's P. O. V)

After I left Angela, I went downstairs to talk to my dad.

"Hey dad"

"Hey son, How is Angela doing?"

"She is feeling a lot better, I'm going to make her something to eat and then show her around."

"Does she know you are mates yet?"

"No.... Not yet, I don't want to push her into anything, she has been through a lot"

"Okay son, take your time, let me know so we all can have a talk. She is going to be your Luna after all"

"Okay, will do".

After I had a talk with my father, I walk into the kitchen to find Angela is already here sat at the table.

"Oh, that was quick"

"Yeah, well, I was feeling hungry" She said laughing.

"What do you fancy? Bacon and eggs?

" Yes please, that sounds amazing"

"Okay, one bacon and eggs coming up"

Ten minutes later, it was all gone, that girl certainly got an appetite I said to myself laughing.

"Tasty?"

"Yes, thank you" She replied.

"You ready for that walk?" I asked her.

She nodded.

So, we go up and I began showing her around.

"Well, you know where kitchen is and one of the spare bedrooms. My father's office is at the end of that corridor, if you need anything from me or my dad, they that's where you will. Most likely find us. My mom is usually in the garden with the kids if you need her for anything.

This is the pack house where the family and some of the strongest wolves live. They also live here incase of emergency and we need them to protect my family as a few of them are not old enough to learn to defend themselves, they will learn at about 14 or 15"

"We have sixteen bedrooms and five and a half baths".

"How big is your family" she asked.

"Well... There's me, my parents, three sisters and four brothers, I'm the eldest so I'm next in line to be alpha, There are also my grandparents who live a short distance away. There is a five bedroom house that has just been built a few minutes away because I'm going to need to space when I become alpha to create and expand my family, so my parents will move there in a couple of years.

Sophie is already eighteen and has found her mate, but she wanted to stick around until I'm at least alpha so she could help out, then she will be moving away to his pack to start her family. He is Alpha of a pack somewhere in Russia, luckily he loves her so that shouldn't be a problem if she ever wanted to visit.

"When will you be alpha?" She questioned.

"In the next year on my 21st birthday, that's our tradition, when the oldest son becomes 21, he will then take over the pack, just like my father did when he turned 21.

"Oh, and what about if a girl is born first? "

" That doesn't matter, the son will become Alpha instead of his sister"

"Is that fair?"

"I guess not, but they would have a roll in this pack, should their mate come from here, they would be in charge of teaching young women self defence and some other important tasks like handling the finances.

" Everyone's in the garden to give you some space and gives us a change to talk, ready to meet them"

"Ready as I'll ever be I guess"

"Okay, follow me"

"Hey everyone, come meet Angela"

"So.... Angela, this is my mom, dad, Sophie who is 18, I already told you about her, Brian is 16, Thomas is 14, Twins James and Josh who are 12 and finally, Lily and Jasmine who are 6

" Wow, two sets of twins"

"Yeah, it's a lot, isn't it, but it's not uncommon in the family, to have loads of kids, especially twins and sometimes even triplets"

"Awww, she's beautiful Leo. Is this your mate"

"Mate?" She questioned looking at me.

"I'll explain later"

"I'm sure you and Sophie will make great friends, your almost the same age, I'm not sure if you know this, but at Eighteen is when wolves can usually detect who their mates are. I've got Alpha Blood In me, so that means I could have potentially found me mate at 16 or even earlier but I couldn't find mine..... "

" Untill now? " She said finishing my sentence.

" Yes... Till now"

"So,.... What are mates and how are we one" She asked.

"Well... Mates are like people who are destined to be together, soulmates"

"Oh right"

"I knew the day I found you, mates usually have specific scents to eat other, you scent to me is Vanilla and cut grass, we have a inner wolf that screams mate and soon as we see each other, when we complete and thing called mate bond, we can feel stronger and feel each other emotions such as scared, sadness, pain and others... You will knie what I mean when you reach eighteen, do you know when your birthday is? " I asked.

" About six months I think, What do mates mean to a Alpha? "

" Well, you will have equal or similar responsibilities as me. Mates to an Alpha are called Luna. They can be in charge if I am unavailable or can help with tasks if I have got too much to do."

"Oh okay"

"It's a lot of information I know, but we will take it slow if that is what you want"

"Okay" She responded.

"Come on, I will show you to some more people"

"Okay"

I brought Angela to the sitting room.

" This is Jeremy, he is my father's Beta, Another word for that is Second in command. His son Jay will be my send in command when I become Alpha, this is John, he is the Gamna, which also means third in command. His son Joseph will be my third in command when the time comes.

I trust these people with my life, me, Jay and Joseph grew up together as best friends.

"Nice to meet you all" She responded while shaking their hands.

The next thing I did what brought her back outside again for some fresh air.

"I bet you could do with some new items such as clothes and some other necessities you may need. Sophie has some close friends that you may get on with. I can trust these girls to protect you when I'm not around. Maybe they can along with my mom take you shopping tomorrow. You up to that? "

" you sure, I don't want to spend your money"

"Yes I'm sure, you need some new fresh clothes and interaction with the outside world and some new people may do you some good and I don't mind treating my mate, anything to put a smile on your face"

"We can have a lazy day if you want, we can watch some movies, fill our faces with snacks, maybe have a walk around the garden before we go to sleep for the night and tomorrow you can have day shopping with the girls, sound good?"

"Sounds great" She said smiling.

So for the rest of the day, we watched loads of films, had loads of snacks and had a nice walk outside. I told most of the pack to stay away for a day or two so she can have some space and not feel overwhelmed.

Once I showed Angela back to her room, she was soon asleep.
