"so you're saying that this isn't a mistake?" I furrowed my brows "no alpha, in fact, this is bound to happen, we just didn't expect this since it wasn't clear and specific, but the book of prophecy has never been wrong." he mumbled in a serious tone.

After what happened to Red's mother Emma Blackwood, I swore to never severe the mate's bond like I did. Red's mother wasn't my mate, I was in love to her and she gave birth to Red, but when I found out I had a fated mate, I tried to get rid of Alice my fated mate, rejecting that woman was a mistake.

Alice made a deal to a witch and in return my beloved Emma committed suicide, she couldn't control herself and tried to kill our little girl Ruby.

The witch had a power to manipulate blood and used that power to control Emma, I killed the witch, but I was too late, Emma killed herself in order to save our daughter.

"I don't know what to do, if only Emma was still here, she would know exactly what's best in this situation." I mumbled and pinched the bridge of my nose. I miss her a lot.

"alpha, what are you planning to do with him now?" Ronan asked. "I'm going to train him, werewolf or not" I said and grinned, "the high tables will know about his birth, and I'm sure they have expected this"

"and when will he become one of us?" I tilted my head to the clock on the wall, it showed 11:30 am.

"that's up to my daughter, I don't want to rush this" I mumbled and sighed.

'how's the preparation for my daughter's party?' I sent a mind link to my gamma Shiela whom I assigned the task. 'I have finished decorating, right now I'm organizing some delivery from your office' she responded, 'just leave it, I'll handle that later' I said and cut the link.

It is already 9pm and Red hasn't showed up with her mate, I should call her.

I was about to dial her number on my phone when suddenly a pack soldier trying to mind link me.

'alpha' he said through mink link, 'what is it?' I responded. 'your daughter has returned' he informed. 'okay, thank you'

I waited on the 1st floor where everyone was having a party, I don't think we can find a way to sneak a human without getting noticed, I should formally inform them about having a human visitor.

'alpha, we have an intruder, it's a human boy' the chief informed me through mind link, my eyes widened to, I must hurry before this gets out of hand.

I rushed and grabbed the tranquilizer in my office.

I came running as fast as I could, the boy was panicking, I could clearly hear his heart beating fast.

Good thing I brought my tranquilizer gun, I often use this when a rogue wanders in my territory, this way I won't cause so much harm.

This situation is making my anger boil, if I hadn't shot him, a pack soldier would've pounce on him.

I quickly acted and told everyone to not let this news get out of our pack and ordered the ranked members to have an urgent meeting in my office.

My daughter was completely naked after shifting into her wolf, I ordered an omega nearby to give her clothes to wear.

As soon as I entered the room, everyone started to question the situation, they are very loud and disrespectful, they just don't know when to shut up and listen.

I tried my best not to burst into madness, they have every right to question this situation, this came out of nowhere and I didn't planned this thoroughly.

Gladly Ronan was convinced to explain the whole situation and how it is according to the prophecy, everything that has happened in history was written in that book and there are endless of it that are about to happen in the future.

I answered each and every one's question, some were satisfied and some weren't, but more than half of the ranked members are not in favor of having a human in the pack due to the risk of exposing our kind, but they cannot do anything about this since I didn't asked for votes.

I made it stern and clear to everyone and they all left the room without any further arguments.

The next morning, I finally had a conversation with the boy, his name was Finn Parker, this time he didn't reacted like he did last night and just listened and answered when asked.

Ronan did the questioning mostly since he had the ability to see if the person he is talking to is lying, he says that when a person lies in front of him, he sees white smokes coming out from that person's mouth, but it only works if he is the one who asked the question.

The boy agreed to our rules and violations, the punishment was threatening enough for him to violate.

Later on I had been informed that Caleb's father returned and wants to talk to me, I immediately dismissed the boy and asked my beta to bring alpha Granger in.

A few minutes later alpha Granger knocked on my opened door, "Hello old friend, what brings you here?" I mumbled and gestured him to sit.

"I just came by to take my son home and I want to formally thank you for letting my son stay in your pack," he said and walked in front of my desk.

"my pleasure" I said and smiled. "I won't take much of your time, I must leave now," he mumbled and shook my hand.

"what's the rush?" I mumbled, "I'm afraid there has been a problem in my pack that needs my attention" he said seriously, from the looks on his face, I can see that he is worried.

"I see, I shall escort you and your son" I said. "very well" he said and we left my office immediately.

"have a safe trip, you can come and visit our pack anytime" I mumbled and bid them farewell.

They both nodded and headed inside the car.
