Red's P.O.V.

A buzzing sound disturbed my slumber, I slowly opened my eyes and it was Finn's alarm clock, it was already 8:00am, I reached for the snooze button.

I glanced on my side and Finn wasn't on the bed anymore, I thought of mink linking him, but I remembered he's just a human.

I sighed and slammed my back on the bed. I should probably go home and leave him a note on his desk.

As a I was looking for a pen, the door suddenly opened and it immediately took my attention.

Finn came in and his hair was dripping, he was only wearing a towel to cover his junk.

"good morning" he mumbled and smiled at me. "good morning babe" I mumbled and he came closer to me and pecked my lips.

"did you sleep well" he said and went to his closet to grab some clothes, "yeah, I feel great" I mumbled and stretched my arms.

"me too" he glanced at me and smiled. "do you want to stay for breakfast?" he asked while putting his clothes on.

"I was actually leaving now, I have some training to do," I mumbled. "training?" he furrowed his brows.

"it's a hand to hand combat and self defense in the pack" I said and grab my phone to check on it, but there wasn't any messages.

"cool, can you teach me?" he said and smiled. "yeah, sure I can teach you" I said and smiled.

"is it possible for me to mind link, I mean we are fated mates after all" he asked out of the blue.

"I don't know," I lied, it is possible, but only when I turn him into one of blu

"and how do you mark your mate, I mean me?" he asked in a curious tone. "through my bites Finn" I said and grinned, "which part" he continues.

I gestured and showed him, "like vampires" he said and furrowed his brows and I nodded. "does it hurt?"

"yes, my canines will pierce your skin, it will definitely hurt." I said and grinned. "can I mark you too?"

"yep," I nodded and he smiled, "If you were a wolf, you would have to mark me first, but since you're not I haven't figured out how to do this" I said and he sat beside me and held my hand.

"why do you asked? do you want me to mark you?" I grinned and bit my lower lip and he just chuckled.

"no, I was just wondering, I mean I had a crazy thought about it last night." he said and chuckled.

"anyway, I should go now, I wouldn't want your mom catching me in your bedroom" I said and we both chuckled, "too late, she already did"

"she saw your car outside earlier, you should go and say hi to her" he mumbled and grinned.

"Finn, breakfast is ready" Olivia shouted from the stairs.

"we'll be there in. minute" Finn immediately responded. Footsteps came behind Finn's bedroom, "did you wore protection?" my eyes widened upon hearing those words from Olivia.

"no, mom what the heck!" Finn shouted and I chuckled. "you shouldn't have... you know, just to be safe, always wear a protection" she continued and Finn was getting embarrassed.

I just remembered our first time and we didn't even use a condom and just went for it, gladly he pulled out at the right time.

"mom stop!" Finn shouted and buried his face on his pillow. I can hear his mom giggling behind the door, she really enjoys this.

"you both don't take too long, okay? I have work today so I'll be leaving in a few minutes" she informed and left.

"wow, I did not expect that" I said and laughed, "I think it's time for me to move out in this house" he said still burying his face on the pillow.

"I have a cabin, you can always move in" I said and hugged him. "I was just kidding, I could never leave them, well maybe when I go to college..." he said, I grabbed the pillow from his face and he just sighed.

This all happened so fast, moving in together might be too soon to be an option, but I just couldn't help getting all the excitement when I'm with him and wake up next to him.

"oh, right, well the offer still stand" I mumbled and pecked his cheek.

We went down stairs and had breakfast while the twins went to the backyard to play.

I didn't stayed too long since I was already getting late for my training, Ava and Jason must be waiting for me now.

Finn said he was planning to take the twin to the park later and I really would love to hangout with them, but I have lots of things to do and homeworks to finish.

I went to my cabin to change my clothes to start my training, I was and hour late and got five laps as punishment.

As soon as I finished my training, I took a walk around the pack to cool down.

I walked into the woods and decided to let Devon out for a run, I hid behind a tree and took off my clothes.

I quickly shifted and Devon was excited, she quickly ran deeper into the forest. It's been a while since she had felt the green pastures and fresh air running through her fur.

Devon howled aloud and run as fast as she could, she ran for hours and didn't felt to stop, she ran for more until I can feel our paws hurting, we hunted a deer and stayed in the forest for a few hours. She played near a waterfall and tried to catch a fish, she likes rolling on the green grass and now we smell like moss and dirt.

The sun was setting by the time she felt satisfied, Devon ran back to where I left my clothes.

I checked the time on my phone and it was 6pm with 2 missed calls from Finn 2 hours ago.

I dialed his number, but it went straight to voicemail.

I was feeling tired and went straight to my cabin. I wanted to check on Finn tonight, but I could really use some sleep. I took a long bath and cleaned myself.

I decided to turn the TV on and play netflix to pass some time and help me sleep.

I let my guard down and sleep for hours, I woke up and I felt refreshed. I went to take a quick shower and had breakfast.

Suddenly I smelled a familiar scent and I knew it was Finn, my door was knocked in just a second I realized that. I quickly went to open the door and I was right.

I smiled and hugged him immediately, I inhaled the scent from his chest and it was amazing. "what are you doing here?" I lifted my eyes to him.

"I was trying to call you last night, but you weren't answering, so I decided to visit you instead" he said and pecked my lips. "did you miss me that much?" I said and chuckled.

I pecked his lips "yes" he mumbled and kissed me deeper and passionately.

"I missed you too, I was just really tired yesterday." I explained and smiled.

"how did you get here anyway?" I said. "I asked Jason, he gave me his number just a few days ago." he explained.

"so what do you want to do today" I said with a grin on my face, "I was just about to asked you that" he said and grinned.

"I have an idea" I said and he furrowed his brows as I left him on the couch.
