ch.16 Abby and Jacob at the Park

Finn's P.O.V.

"Jacob spit that out! that's not food" I scolded him immediately as he was munching on a candy wrapper. "but I'm hungry" he mumbled in a puppy face. Seriously we just eaten. I sighed and my eyes widened when I glanced at Abby climbing a pole, she climbed higher and I went to grab her.

"hi Finn! I'm as tall as you now" she shouted with a huge smile on her face, "we talked about this, you guys need to behave or else I'll take you guys home early" I said and they both made a puppy face.

"but Finn it's not fun to just walk around the park" Jacob said. "ok fine, what do you guys want to play" I said and looked around, there were lots of parents with their kids playing with them.

"I want to play fetch" Abby said and I tilted my face to her, "dogs play fetch and we don't have a dog" I mumbled furrowed my brows. "I want to play hide and seek!" Jacob shouted.

"no we can't, I don't want to lose sight on both of you" I said and they both frowned, a sound of an ice cream truck came to my attention.

"do you guys want ice cream?" I suggested and they both looked at me excitedly.

"yes!" they both shouted at the same time and I nodded. "okay, stay close to me okay?" I said and they both nodded, and grinned.

I held there hands as we walked to the ice cream truck and bought Abby vanilla while Jacob had chocolate.

As they were licking their ice creams, we went to the benches to sit there so they could enjoy their ice creams.

"Finn!" a very familiar voice shouted my name behind me. I glanced and met a finger poking my right cheek.

"you gotta stop doing that" I said and Anne was smiling. "are these your siblings?" she said and bend her waist to meet their faces.

"I'm Abby Parker and I'm 7" Ava shouted proudly as she was licking her ice cream. "and I'm 'batman' " Jacob said in a batman voice. "wow that's very cute, I didn't know they were twins" Anne mumbled with a smile on her face.

"that's Jacob" I said and she looked up to me. "what are you doing here?" I asked. "I came here with my aunt and my nephew, "do you guys want to meet them?" she said and looked at Ava and Jacob, and they both nodded.

"why do you have two girl friends Finn" Jacob said, Anne and I both chuckled. "she's not my girlfriend, she's just a friend" I said and laughed.

"isn't that the same thing?" Ava mumbled. "no, they're not, you guys will understand when you're older" Anne explained.

"who's your friend Anne?" a woman said and judging from her looks, she's probably around 30.

"this is my friend Finn and his little brother and sister, Ava and Jacob and they're twins." Anne mumbled.

"nice to meet you" I said and shook her hand "I'm kelly Miles, Anne's aunt, and that boy over there is my son, Phineas." she mumbled and pointed to the boy playing with a toy car.

We hangout with them for an hour, and they were a very friendly.

We watched the kids from a distance while the three of them played whatever they came up with and after a while, Kelly decided to play with them.

A few moments later my phone vibrated in my pocket. I checked on it and it was mom, she texted me to come home, and I texted her back asking her is she was already home and she immediately replied no.

"Anne we should head home now, my mom just texted me." I informed. "yeah sure, it was nice meeting your little brother and sister, I'll see you at school" she said and smiled.

"yeah you too." I mumbled and smiled.

I went to kelly playing with the kids and told her. She and her nephew bid us goodbye and wished to play with them next time they meet.

Both of them we're tired and asked me to carry them, I didn't want them to drag them so I held them both on each of my arms, they fell asleep immediately with their heads resting on my shoulder, they we're not heavy at all, but the long walk made it difficult for me.

My arms were sore when we reached home, I put Ava and Jacob on their beds and I took a quick shower.

I checked my phone and there wasn't any messages. I tried to call Red, but she wasn't responding.

Mom came home after an hour and she made dinner.

I laid on my bed and I couldn't stop thinking about Red, I miss her already, I tried to contact her a few times, but it went straight to voicemail.

I suddenly remembered that I have Jason's number in my bag, I grabbed my bag and look for it.

I quickly dialed his number and after a few rings he answered my call.

me: "Jason? it's Finn"

Jason: "Finn, what's up?"

me: "do you know where Red is? she isn't answering my calls"

Jason: "hold on, I'll try to mind link her"

me: "okay"

Jason: "she's not responding either, she's probably asleep"

me: "..."

Jason: "is there anything else?"

me: "can you pick me up tomorrow morning?"

Jason: "did you guys had a fight?"

me: "no, why do you ask?"

Jason: "no, reason..."

me: "so, can you do it?"

Jason: "yeah, sure no problem"

me: "thanks, I owe you one"

Jason: "I'll pick you up around 7"

me: "okay"

Jason hanged up and I sighed, I should finish all my homeworks I and get some sleep. Waiting for tomorrow was really long, but sleeping away the hours makes it faster.

Unknown's P.O.V.

Did she really thought that Finn loved her? how stupid of her to assume that he did. If it wasn't for me, Finn won't even lay an eye on her stupid face.

I would love to see her idiotic face when I break the spell I placed on Finn and he will be mine.

Poor unfortunate Ruby Dayne Blackwood, If only you were smart enough to stop me, but your father messed with the wrong family.

I would love to see Finn slowly break your heart and reject you.
