Bell looked at Lumas in confusion, didn't he say that he was an adventurer? Now he's a god? Are gods this stro-... stupid question… Feeling that the atmosphere when awkward Lumas let out a nervous chuckle as he rubbed the back of his head, manifesting two chairs from his item box Lumas motioned for Bell to sit
"Technically I'm not a god…" Shaking his head Lumas continued "How about we talk about you… What brought you here."
Bell leaned back in his chair, his once 'innocent' countence fading as his eyes lost some of their luster staring at Lumas for a bit he took in a breath

[10 Years Ago - Rakia Kingdom - Slums]
A young boy with white hair caked in mud, wearing only a piece of fabric tied around his waist with a few ripped pieces of fabric crudely stitched together, currently this boy was running away from a tall fat man whilst cramming stale bread down his throat. Sadly this was a daily occurrence for this certain orphan, he saw from a young age how this country worked… those in the orphanages were forced into some random war as cannon fodder, he wasn't going to live his life at someone else's whimsical decisions
So he left, ran from the orphanage and never looked back stealing food from the various street stalls then running for his life… he got caught once and barely survived he had been tossed into a dark alleyway during that time he lived off rain water and whatever scraps he could dragged his beaten body, occasionally he'd sit outside the taverns listening to stories of adventurers diving into the abyss of a dungeon for glory, wealth, or women
These stories were like the sunshine to his dark world as he dreamed of being able to be truly free, free of hunger… free of pain… wiping away some of the dirt that had crusted around his eyes the boy looked up towards the clouds, staring for quite a while before coldly nodding as he ran through the streets stealing whatever he could then straight of the gates of the town he once called home… heading towards the faint black line piercing the clouds far off into the distance
[5 Years Ago - Estor - Outskirts]
Estor, a small quiet village halfway in between Rakia and the small mountain country of Edas. Bell was running a small hussle trading various things for other things people wanted, he was always moving to the small villages surrounding this town using Estor as his home base. He was living fairly comfortably in a free room at the inn after helping the owner 'chance' upon a health potion Bell was lucky enough to find in some nobles bag
[Current - Estar - Oriaro Outskirts]
"Well that's my story…" letting his words drag out Bell's gaze fell to the floor, he expected Lumas just to turn him away after hearing all he's done. He is far from innocent, he may not have killed but he turned profit on others misfortune.
Lumas could only watch Bell, to leave one's home into the unknown with only the scraps on their back and come out on top. That's the exact description of a true adventurer, at least in Lumas' eyes it was with a slow nod Lumas spoke "Once you enter the dungeon, you will be reborn… it's hard to explain but once you spend enough time fighting for your life against monsters on the deep, you'll realize how little everything means in the long run when compared to strength"
Before Bell could just run what Lumas said through his head Lumas continued "However that doesn't mean strength is everything, In order to not drown your life in the dungeon you need something to protect" slowly a soft smile came to Lumas' face as warm memories with Ais, Susan, and Sebas began to play on his head eventually spreading toward Riveria, Gareth, Finn even Lefiya… "What I'm trying to say is… It's your life kid make sure you have no regrets while living it" with an almost grandfatherly smile plastered on his face
In that moment Lumas felt way beyond his years, taking a healthy shot from his glass of apple juice Lumas turned his gaze towards the black abyss of his 'Item Box', pulling out a fair bit of Copper and an anvil which was previously an experiment and began forging, completely ignoring Bell as he pulled an Adamantine hammer from seemingly nowhere he slowly began to heat the metal, being careful not to overheat it

Susan felt a heat run through her body, it was near identical to the warmth of Lumas, with a goofy smile coming to her face more strength flowed into her arms as both Ais and herself cuddled Lumas' bedding reminiscing in the smell left behind
