Evolution process

As he was about to evolve, there was another message that came from the system

[Warning: by the evolution, process user can be turned into another race. Would you like to accept the condition: yes or no]

'Wtf? I don't want to turn into a Beast who calls themselves nobles.'

Max was thinking about what choice he needs to make.

After thinking for a while, he decided and said no to the system.  System accepted his command and the evolution process started.

As the process started he fell on his knees. He started shouting with pain. His body started deforming. He fell on the group as if he turned to liquid. After a few minutes, his body began to shape again.

Finally, the evolution process is completed. In the middle of this process Max fell unconscious. As after taking the pill he looked like a teenager. But now he is looking entirely different

His hair turned to grey. It has grown quite long. Skin turned pale and smooth. Even his fingernails grew long, ears turned pointy but they were short compared to elves. His eyes were shining red.

Max got up and saw him in a mirror. After seeing himself, he punched the mirror and exclaimed "what did I turn into?"

"What am I? Where is the system screen?" he yelled. He started throwing stuff in his room which was worth a few million.

A few seconds later

'What am I still a human?' He thought, but after some period, he regretted throwing his stuff in the room 'fuc* I even smashed my mobile. How can I contact Jack or uncle Thompson now.'

Max stopped worrying about them and started worrying more about him. He called out his system screen.

He saw the screen for a while and thought ' so this what dad told me about. I have a lot more to learn about this ability.'

Max was thinking more about his ability. He opened the ability screen.

[Ability: soul manipulation:- users can control the absorbed souls as they desire.

Soul manipulators can see souls flying near the targeted person's heart.

Soul strength can be measured in light pink to black and yin yang.

As the darkness in the soul increases the power increases.

'This ability looks great. Well this a Unique ability' he thought and opened the skill list.

[Skill list:

Soul absorption: user can absorb the soul of a targeted person by touching them.

Soul manipulation: user can use the soul according to his imagination.

Helping hand: souls gather their strength to catch the opponent according to their masters wish.

Daze: can stun the opponent for a second.

Passive skills:

Healing: vital cuts can be healed by permanently consuming the absorbed souls.

Immune: Permanent effect. All diseases, poisons and status effects are healed

Quest rewards: 10 stat points and skill: soul space.]

"Distributing stat points is easy, but how am I going to absorb ten souls right now" Max screamed and he opened the stat screen while cursing the system.

He placed 10 points in soul control and the remaining points in other stats other than intelligence.

After placing all the stat

Vitality: 12

Sense: 12 ]

As he increased his soul control stat, his soul power reached 50/50.

It's already late at night, so he went to take a nap

*ding* *dong*

The doorbell was ringing for hours, but Max was deep in his sleep. He was unable to hear sounds.

*break* *break*

"Wtf happen here?" The guy who broke the door yelling and went inside the house.

The house was giving creepy vibes. Somebody broke down everything in the place. 

"Why the fuc* is this guy sleeping in Max's room." Jack kicked the guy who was sleeping in the bed.

*crash* 

Max fell on the ground while sleeping. Suddenly he cried out "who pushed me?" 

"Who the hell are you? and where is Max?" Jack yelling. He let out intense blood lust in the room. Max started sweating and said "I am Max you idiot. I took a pill from the black box and I evolved"

"Wtf are you talking about? Max would never turn into a creepy asshole like you."

"I am going to report this to my dad" Jack said and he took out his mobile from his pocket and started dialling his number.

"Hello dad, Max is kidnapped in his place. There is a creepy dude. I caught him. Come here asap."

After listening to what he said uncle Thompson started worrying.

After ten minutes uncle Thompson reached Max's place.

"What the hell happened here?" When he entered, he saw the whole house was broken down into pieces. With anger, his eyes turned red and he started emitting an intense amount of blood lust.

Max was kneeling beside his bed and Jack was standing beside him. He was ready to attack if Max made any action.

"Dad, he is the one I spotted here snoozing on his bed."

Uncle Thompson staring at both of them doesn't know what to answer or what is happening.

"Max, you took the pill from the box?" Uncle Thompson questioned Max. 

"Yes, I took it. It was excruciating while evolving"

As they both started talking, Jack got dumb at the situation and he thought 'pill? Evolution? Wtf is happening here?'

"You look similar to your dad, but I can't sense his power in you. I can only sense…" he paused there and didn't want to continue the conversation anymore.
