Chapter 91 : (S)He's so shameless.

Nectar felt her nose suddenly twitch and rubbed it [ Someone is thinking of me yet I feel like I just got insulted ] Shaking the feeling off, she guided Liam towards the exit " Why would you want to talk with that sea witch Millie "?

Liam shrugged, " She looked like trouble ". Nectar puffed her cheeks, pointing her thumb at herself " Nonsense, I'm trouble. The definition of the word ". Liam laughed lightly " Oddly enough, I don't find that exaggerated ".

Nectar rolled her eyes as they walked out, " You go back first, I still have something up ". Liam frowned, " We just confirmed that you're the definition of trouble and you expect me to leave you alone "?

Nectar shrugged, " And you're the loyal blockhead that got himself hurt, just go back. Please ". Liam sighed in defeat and held out five fingers, " You have five minutes. If you're not back by then, I'm coming back to get you ".

Nectar nodded, " Of course, now get out ". Liam sighed, suddenly disappearing and Nectar giggled " The kids won't let you leave ". With that, Nectar skipped back in [ Sucker ]

Nectar skipped back in, hands behind her back " I should say goodbye to Athena before I go ". Though surprised by her words, she didn't find it strange to say it [ She killed me in my past life, why do I feel like I won't be able to kill her? ]

" I finally found you Sister Qidu ", Nectar looked down at Archie and smiled " And you shouldn't be running around unsupervised ". Archie pouted as Nectar carried him, " I'm not alone. I'm with Uncle Lu ".

Nectar looked around and laughed, " And where is this Uncle Lu of yours "? Archie pointed behind her and smiled, " He's right behind you ". Nectar looked up at Luscious' frowning face and frowned as well.

" You don't seem very happy to see me your majesty ", Nectar forced a smile as she turned to face him " You think too much you're highness, Lishflour is happy to have you ".

Archie sighed as Nectar handed him over and Nectar smiled honestly, patting his head " You can always come by whenever you want though. I'd be happy to have you ". Archie nodded seriously, " And you can tell me more stories and I then I'll be able to tell my Uncle Konnie ".

Luscious coughed to clear his throat, " What about me you're highness "? [ How dare you treat me like air? ] Nectar clenched her fists and nodded," Of course, I'd love to have you as well " [ How can you be so shameless? ]

Luscious nodded in agreement and suddenly started staring at her, " Isn't that General Soul's jacket "? Nectar only smiled, hugging it closer to her body " Is it that obvious "? Luscious felt his face twitch, [ This woman has no shame ]

Luscious nodded, looking behind her " And where is he "? Nectar frowned, " It's none of your business ". Luscious only squinted, staring at her annoyed face and Nectar sighed, " I'll leave you two be now, excuse me ".

Jiro walked quickly, the navy blue robes he was wearing moving just as swiftly with him [ I have to find that damned woman quick ] His lavender hair was as free as always and the concern in his green eyes obvious.

" Master, are you sure you're alright "? Jiro only glanced at her and nodded, " Nothing for you to be concerned about Alice ". Alice nodded dejectedly as she followed behind him.

Jiro originally had no intention of coming to this banquet but the ring kept glowing and buzzing and all the commotion was coming from here. He clenched his fists tightly as they introduced him [ I have to ask for Eros' help, I just hope it'll be a right gamble ]

" Presenting our own Crepta Continent's Jiro the Star Reader, followed by his apprentice Alice Losra of the lights temple ". At first people paid no attention but when they saw the strangely beautiful man, something about him did feel mystical.

He'd barely walked in when he was swarmed by the people [ Now I remember why I stopped coming to these ] Alice could only watch as her master helplessly tried to get away and laughed.

Stepping forward, she blocked their path to Jiro. They see me confused and one even mumbled, " First Lady Athena, when did you get changed "? Alice frowned ever so slightly but was interrupted " I'm still in the same old thing ".

People turned in the direction of the voice and saw Athena then looked back at Alice, their confusion obvious. Athena and Alice stared at each other, it was like looking at two very different sides of a very important coin.

Alice was still in her black riding clothes but now she had a gold cloak to look like she made an effort. Her gold hair was in a bun, it was easy to mistake her for a boy in face alone.

But the only difference between these people were the eyes, Athena had bright yellow eyes while Alice had deep blue eyes. Alice forced herself to smile, " You're looking well sister, how have you been ".

Athena smiled nonchalantly and stared at her, " I'm doing fine, you seem fine as well big sister ". The people around could feel the dangerous vibes coming off the both of them and knew it would be best to run.

But their thirst for gossip was even stronger, keeping them rooted in place and within earshot of their conversation.

Jiro on the other hand had being dragged off by another group of people but had been saved by Eros [ I think I'd take my chances with the people ] Eros smiled as they shook hands, " It's really an honour to see you at our modest event Reader ".

Jiro waved it off as he smiled, " You think too highly of me emperor ". They engaged in meaningless conversation for two more minutes when Jiro sighed, " Actually, you're highness. I'm trying to find someone ".

Eros raised an eyebrow, " What ever for "? Jiro shrugged as he tried to put it together without arousing Eros' interest in the matter, " Well the thing is...." Jiro didn't finish his sentence as his ring blazed intensely underneath his long sleeve [ She's really here! ]

Jiro remained poker faced though he was excited about finding her. He didn't want to bother with Eros but he knew he'd just make him curious if he stopped talking and suddenly left.

Jiro suddenly smiled, glancing in the direction of Athena but none knew he was staring at the white hair that was already slowly merging into the crowd, " I'm looking for an old friend of mine. I have some unsettled business I'd like to take care of ".
