Rebirth of A heartless empress

    Fauna was startled when Archie appeared in her face. He made an effort to catch her as he caught her cheeks, " Are you okay "? Fauna nodded slightly, " Of course Prince Archie. Forgive me, I was in a hurry ". 


    Archie smiled as he went in a circle in front of her, " Your one of Ica's maids, I mean friends. Don't tell her I said that ". Fauna nodded with a smile, " No problem ". He looked her up and down curiously, " Are you the peppy one or the serious one "? 


     She scratched her head lightly, " Then I guess I'm the peppy one ". He slammed his fist into his other palm, " Then your Fauna, correct "? Fauna nodded and he leaned in even closer as he pointed at his eye, " So Fauna, that eye patch you wear. Do you wear it cos you have to or cos you want to "? 


     Fauna smiled playfully, " It's a little bit of both at this point ". Archie nodded thoughtfully, " Oh! Well, I like you and your sister already ". She tilted her head to the side, " And why is that "? He moved around her, making her follow then pointed at his forehead " Father says my third eye will come out soon. So I'll have three and you have one ".


    Fauna nodded [ I'm not getting where this conversation is going anymore ] Archie realized she wasn't getting it and sighed, " Almost everyone has two eyes. Some people are like us, more or less. It's just nice to meet your everyone ". 


    Fauna teared up slightly and suddenly hugged him, " You're so sweet my prince. You've made my day ". Archie laughed and Fauna went on, hugging him tighter " If only you could rub off a little on Ica. That would be perfect ". 


    As if on cue, Jewlica stepped on Fauna's head with an angry pout " Don't listen to her Archie ". Fauna laughed as she let him go and he floated up. She snatched his hand and flew off, taking him with her " And you stay away from her ". 


    Tera had given up on trying to lay the top bunks when Fauna wasn't back. Already annoyed, she stumped towards the chest they'd taken the beds from and bumped into a wide and firm chest.


    She was caught off guard and nearly fell over. Liam caught her arm and smiled mildly, helping her stand " You should be careful Tera. If you got hurt, Qidu would give me an earful ". 


       Tera nodded shyly and he frowned, touching her forehead " You're as red as a blood moon, you might have a fever ". Tera blinked in a daze, shaking her head " I am "? [ I don't feel sick either ] 


      He sighed as he looked past her, " I'll call for a doctor, but you really shouldn't stress yourself out ". Tera shook her head slightly, looking at the chest behind him " But I feel fine. At least let me pick out their clothes for dinner ". 


    He looked at her and nodded, " Alright, but I'm here just in case. I'm not sure I'll be any help though ". Tera nodded, " It doesn't matter ". Nectar had packed in a few clothes with the beds and bedding, they'd thought it was unnecessary.


    But considering their luggage and the tiredness they all felt, it was a pretty smart move. She smiled as she picked out a purple low and rise dress. It had a sweetheart neckline and a transparent round neck collar, " Nicky will like to twirl in the train any chance she gets ". 


    Liam nodded, looked in the chest and picked out a pair of black pantyhose, " With this, for the cold ". Tera laughed as she took it from him, " I never took you for the fashion type sire ". 


    He smirked slightly as he picked out a white silk dress shirt, " Of course I am. Who do you think dresses up your empress up everyday "?
