Choosing Forms!

Once he picked a Kyber Crystal, he held it in the air to get a good look at it. The Crystal resonated and lit up the whole room before dying down slightly. Xytan had chosen an Orange Kyber Crystal, it was one of those Crystals that was out of the ordinary.

There were Blazing Orange Crystals that had red outlining it—giving it that magma-like look. Xytan used a chain that had a cap at the end, he stuck his Kyber crystal inside and it fits well inside. The bright light from the crystal was gone, it no longer gave off that flaring glow so it was good enough to wear without drawing attention.

He couldn't think of wasting any more points until he managed to get away. There was no doubt that Xytan was excited about getting this crystal, to see the real thing! Now, he wanted to work on his Force abilities.

Xytan sat on his knees and started to focus and lifted a few objects in his room. These objects were decently heavy, but he could only lift a certain bit for now. These objects sat in the corner of his room, ready to be used for training anytime.

These objects were strange stones.

After holding 2 of them up for a certain amount of time, he slowly sat them down. Then, he pointed his attention to the largest object among the objects. He tried to lift this one up, but it didn't budge after trying.

"I still can't lift it, huh?" Xytan sighed, but he kept trying afterward despite sweating profusely at this point.

Even trying further, he still found that he couldn't lift the strange stone, which was, in fact, a smaller version of the Muntuur Stone. They even weighed less than the bigger ones that usually weighed 1 ton each.

Xytan got off his bed, he decided to get closer for this and try again. Even so, he still failed to pick the stone up.

"How much does this thing weigh?" Xytan spoke with complaint. He had a total of 6 of these stones, but this stone was troublesome to lift. He couldn't lift the others all at once yet, but he couldn't lift this one alone.

He recalled how Starkiller was able to bring down a whole flagship, he could truly understand how impressive that was now. It made him understand how weak he was, but it shouldn't stay like that, he hoped.

Xytan suddenly had an idea, he sat down in a meditation cross-legged position. He sank deep into the force; time passed by, it was no telling how long he was meditating for. Xytan opened his eyes, and he focused on the stone again.

A force sound could be heard as if it was breaking the air. It quickly locked onto the stone from before. The stone moved and was lifted off the ground, which shocked even Xytan! Xytan could only guess, but he believed the stone somehow weighed around 300 to 325 pounds or so.

...

[Ding! Telekinesis has risen to Level 8!]

...

"Yes, I've made some progress." Xytan knew in order to use certain moves, he needed to be at a certain level. Force Stasis required a Level around Peak Beginner Telekinesis to Low Intermediate Telekinesis.

The stone was slowly put down, and Xytan stood up excitedly. Every step of power was good news to him, he needed to be strong for what he was going to have to deal with in the future. Being as sweaty as he was, he took his clothes off to take a bath.

As he was bathing, he played with the Orange Kyber Crystal. He was a Star Wars fan as you may have guessed, so this was a really good feeling for him.

Xytan also had a brother, but sadly, he wasn't force-sensitive so he stayed with his parents. His name was Xyran, he only saw him as an infant a few times. They were born at the same time, so they were considered twins, with Xytan being the oldest.

Xytan felt he may have stolen all of the Force Sensitiveness from his brother, leaving him with nothing.

"Hmm, one of these days I'll go back there to visit the parents I never got to know." Xytan couldn't recall his last world's parents, but he remembered his name, which wasn't his name anymore.

After cleaning himself and putting on a new set of clothes, he left his room to find Viola and speak with Shaak Ti. Not to his surprise, she and Jin were still trying to make it up to the top platform. Most of the younglings had already left at this point, giving up to try again at a later date.

While coming here, he passed by the classroom and saw that Ven Arson kid training as usual. As he was walking in, he saw Sha Koon still waiting on the platform. However, she was sitting this time around and just waiting for the younglings to make it up.

Looking around, he saw that Jin was going to give it a shot. He was doing well again, but he always came up just a little short. Shaak Ti wasn't around anymore, she seemed to have been replaced by some other Jedi. He was a youthful-looking man, but his hair was strangely white for having such a face.

"Ah! Xytan!" Viola spotted Xytan and ran over to him.

"How's it going so far?" Xytan asked.

"I made it up the platform, I made it the top!" Viola said joyously.

"What? Really?" Xytan was a bit surprised, she tried last time and completely blew it, now, she had completed it before Jin, who was so close before.

"Yep, do you want to see me do it again?" Viola smiled and asked.

"Uh, sure, go right ahead." Xytan only nodded. Viola told Xytan to watch closely, then she got in line with the rest of the younglings that stayed. At this time, Jin was walking over while patting his clothes.

"That jump is harder than I thought, I always fail at the last part." Jin couldn't understand why this was so, he even asked the Master with the white hair. He simply said: He had to clear his mind and focus, and that he was too overly excited and anxious."

Xytan would have told him the same thing, because he could tell. He noticed he could read the emotions of people easily thanks to Shatterpoint. Mace could tell that there was a lot of confusion and uncertainty in Anakin before confronting Palpatine at that time.

Viola's emotions were that of happiness and joy all of the time, seemingly being the typical little kid trying to prove themselves and have fun. To Xytan, she was an easy person to talk to—he surely knew she would be a good friend in the future as well.

"He's right, you have plenty of time so you don't need to rush. Just focus and make all of your effort to prove to yourself that you're worthy, instead of being competitive; there is no competition." Xytan also knew he was competitive, but there was no need to compete for anything; definitely with what was coming.

"Uhh~..." Jin rubbed his forehead as if he understood something before nodding and thanking Xytan to only get in line again.

Xytan came here looking for Shaak Ti, he knew that time had gone by a lot during his stay in his room. Right then, he saw Viola step up to the platform because it was her turn. He made sure to watch, he felt determination coming from her as if she couldn't afford to fail.

Viola darted off and jumped from platform to platform with a serious expression, he had never seen her like this before. She was usually smiling, but despite that serious look, it was hard to take seriously due to how cute she looked.

In no time, she made it to the top of the platform, then she started smiling before looking in Xytan's direction. Xytan nodded with a smile before giving her a thumbs up.

"So you came back here, I was looking for you." Xytan turned immediately to see Shaak Ti peering down at him.

"I was just looking for you, that's why I came here." Xytan felt so small in too many aspects, in height, strength, you name it!

"Come with me really quick, I can't stay here any longer since I'm leaving off-world soon." Shaak Ti signaled Xytan to follow her.

He followed her to a silent place, but this didn't go unnoticed by Viola who looked curiously. Once they were alone, she reached into her robe and pulled out 4 books, well, manuals from what he could see.

Getting a glimpse at one, Xytan's eyes lit up, and Shaak Ti noticed this change.

"You probably noticed already, but these are lightsaber Combat training manuals. I would rather for you to training in the basis more before diving too deep into these manuals. So, I'll only let you choose 2 out of the 4." Shaak Ti didn't want to ruin his foundation, she felt, so she opted for this solution.

"Uh, okay." It was better than nothing in his mind.

The manuals she presented were Form 2 Makashi, Form 3 Soresu, Form 4 Ataru, and Form 5 Shien. Xytan didn't see the rest, but they didn't have Form 7 for use since this form was too dangerous to be taught to any Jedi for reasons.

Xytan thought she would give them all to him, but found that he was wrong so he was stuck in a dilemma on what to pick.

"Hoho, do you want me to explain how these forms work? You seemed to be having a hard time like I knew you would." Shaak Ti smirked, he was just a kid so he wouldn't be so informed. She already found that it was unbelievable for her to be giving this child any of these manuals.

"No, I know what all these forms can do," Xytan assured.

"Hmm..." Shaak Ti didn't say anything and just waited for him to pick 2.

"I'll take Soresu and Makashi," Xytan concluded.

"Oh, a defensive and duelist fighting style." Shaak Ti didn't hesitate and handed him both the manuals.

Xytan grinned and nodded happily while putting both the manuals in his little robes. His expression content from his gain, this was really important to him and his system points.

"And make sure you continue to practice the basics, don't slack on those." Shaak Ti advised again.

"Of course, of course, I'm no idiot." Xytan was still smiling because of his gain.

"Hmm...I wonder." Shaak Ti squinted and said in a low voice. Xytan could hear it clearly, though, but he didn't say anything against it.

"Alright, I'm off, I need to prepare soon." Shaak Ti put the other manuals back into her robe.

"Oh, where are you going, you know...like what planet?" Xytan was curious and asked.

Shaak Ti hesitated for a moment before telling him she was leaving for Kamino.
