Adventurer's Hall

Taking a step forward, Arthur was about to move further when he suddenly heard a noise coming from his back. He was startled when he heard the noise because although he was not familiar with the person who called him but he was familiar with her incessant talking. "Hey, Arthur. Finally I found you. Let me come with you. Let us stroll around the city. Look it seems to be fun here. Arthur ta.. EH? He run away? I'm still talking to him. Hmmm! I know you will still go to the Adventurer's Hall. I will still meet you there." Laura did not even finish her sentence when Arthur fled away as fast as possible like he was running for his dear life. Laura thought that Arthur would eventually go to the Adventurer's Hall to register and get some missions, so she took a step forward walking into the crowd.

In a dark alley, Arthur was looking around if Laura was following him and after confirming that there is no one around he sighed in relief. He opened his Holowatch to look at the city map and located the Adventurer Hall, the Adventurer's Hall was located at the center region of the city where all important people of the city stayed in. Arthur was in the outer region so he needed to grab a transportation to go there. He was about to call a hover taxi when he suddenly thought of a problem, so he immediately gave up the idea and opened the map again to look for as thrift shop nearby.

After locating the shop he went there to buy a cloak for him not to be distinguished by the noisy Laura.

Adventurer's Hall

Not in a far distance, a man in a cloak was looking at a building with two floors and an area of 300 square meter, it was the Adventurer's Hall where all warriors who want to join the Adventurer's Hall go to register their names and get some missions in exchange for some credits.

Entering the Hall, the man in cloak, Arthur, looked around to see a lot of warriors with different weapons from melee to range and also the different races of the United Races Alliance. The people around Arthur only looked at him for a second before looking somewhere else as it was normal for them to see people with cloaks. Some warriors who go in the Adventurer's Hall didn't want to show their identity to others because of various reasons and it became a normal situation in every Hall to see a person covered with cloak walking around the hall.

The first floor of the Adventurer's hall was for registration and applying for a mission posted in the missions board located at the right corner of the hall. The missions were divided based on the rank of warriors that can only do the mission and if they can be done in party or solo. Many warriors can be seen around the missions board looking for tasks they can do and after deciding on what mission they should do, they will use their account in the Adventurer's Hall to inform the Hall's system that they are applying for that mission. After the system got the request, it will collect data about the one who requested the mission to confirm that he or she has the capability to execute the task. If the task taken was not submitted in the time allotted or they failed to finish the task, they will pay twice the amount of the reward of the mission.

Warriors on the first floor only stay for a couple of minutes then walk out of the Hall after their job here was done, so the Hall never gets congested of people. The second floor of the Adventurer's hall was only accessible for warriors above the level of Rainbow Realm because it concerns about the matters of the whole city and the whole planet, so it must be left confidential and only strong warriors can participate to reduce casualties when a notice was released.

Arthur looked around to see that there are 10 counters with beautiful receptionists behind it from different races. Although they are beautiful, their beauty didn't go to the level where their smile can destroy a city. That will surely create a problem inside the Adventurer's Hall as 90% of the warriors registered here consisted of male warriors. Arthur didn't give any care for their beauty as it was not his priority, so he looked around to see if there are vacant counters to register and he can then walk away to start his training.

While looking around for a vacant counter, he saw a familiar girl looking around as if she was waiting for someone and that someone agreed to meet her there. Afraid that the girl will notice him if he look for too long, he immediately averted his gaze and looked at counter number 7 where it was vacant. He begin to increase his pace and pass dozen of people, hurrying that someone will recognize him even though he wore a cloak and that someone will first get to counter 7.
