"Hello?" A husky voice answered the phone. 


"Who's this? This isn't Mr K?" Eve asked concerned. 


"Eve? I don't know if I should be offended, it's me, Leon."

"What are you doing with Lily's phone? Not that I'm complaining, I always enjoy speaking with you beautiful." His smirk could be heard in his voice.

"What's the matter? Are you okay?" His flirting ceased as he realized she needed help. 


"Eh, I've been better. I could ask you the same since I called Mr K. Where is he?" 


"Eve, please tell me what's going on." Worry grew in his voice, something Eve was not accustomed to hearing. 


"I'm just.. Do you know if it's possible for a vampires heart to start beating after it already.. died?" 


"That shouldn't be happening unless a god made it happen or if there was a specific spell someone cast on you. Your parents wouldn't have done that to you would they?"
