The Aaron mansion isn't too hard to find. You'd think they'd keep their location a secret like every other celebrity but nope. But one thing is for sure,
They're armed to the teeth.
After I promised to get Kelly back, Louis freaked out and begged me not to tell the police. I laughed.
I? Go anywhere near a cop? Yeah right.
I promised I wouldn't and that he should give me their address. With much hesitance, he did. I waited till everyone was asleep before sneaking out.
So here I am, concealed behind a few bushes as I form a plan in my head. Maybe I could just walk in and ask for her?
At that moment, my eyes caught sight of a corpse being dragged out.
So that's not going to work.
Good thing I brought my tranquilizer and gun. But I don't plan on killing all these men so I'm just going to use the tranquilizer.
Peeking my head out the tree, I take careful aim and shoot the three guards by the gate. The dart piercing into their skin and knocking them out immediately. If my calculations are correct, they should be out for about an hour.
Inhaling sharply, I use the darkness to my advantage. We become one. My breathing is controlled, steps are light and eyes alert as I invade the mansion. I don't know how many guards I knocked out, nor do I know how many rooms I searched. Thirty minutes later, I can confirm I've done all for both.
Groaning in frustration, I realize that Kelly might not even be here. It's possible she got moved to another location.
All this for nothing.
I'm on my way out when something In a dark corner catches my eye. A door.
Quietly opening it, I am met with a flight of stairs. This must lead to the basement.
Damn, I hate basements.
Despite that fact, my feet begin to move on its own until I reach the last step. I scowl when I'm met with a brick wall.
It's a dead end.
Just great.
Spinning on my heel, I'm about to climb back up but freeze. My ears pick up on a sound, it's barely audible. But there. It sounds like.....crying?
I follow the sound but I'm met with the brick wall once again. I stare at it in confusion until... Of course, how could I not realize!
I started pushing different bricks until I got the right one. And just like I hoped, a fragment of the wall departed from the rest to reveal another room.
To reveal a girl.
"Kelly?"
She's covered in so much blood and dirt that makes her face look inhumane. She has rags for clothes doing little to nothing to cover her body.
"P-please don't h-hurt m-me. I won't talk back at her! I swear!" She's a stuttering, trembling mess. Poor girl.
"I'm not here to hurt you, Kelly. I'm a.... friend of Louis, I came to get you out of here." I explain while analyzing her condition. Can she even walk?
She perks up at the mention of Louis. "Lou?! Yes! Please help me! Is he here?!"
"Ssh! Don't be so loud. No, he's not here. I need you to close your eyes though." As if to mock me, her eyes widen.
"What? Why?"
"Just do it! We don't have much time." With much hesitance, she pinches her eyes shut. I attach the silencer to my gun and aim at the chains between her wrists. Pulling the trigger, the bullet shatters the chain, setting her wrist free. I repeat the same action with her ankles and in seconds, she's free. "You can open your eyes now."
Surprise takes over her features as she stares at her free wrists. "Thank you."
I nod once, "can you walk?"
"I-I think I can."
I watch her hiss and stumble a few times before she's finally on her own two feet.
"Okay, now we have to--"
"So you're the one causing all this commotion." I freeze at the feeling of a gun being shoved at my head.
"Mother..." Kelly whispers, fear evident in her voice.
"I'm not your mother you whore!" She snaps. My back is facing her so she doesn't see me taking out a dart. "And you! Who the hell are you?"
"I'm just passing through." Before she can ask anymore questions, I jab the dart into her side and she immediately falls to her knees. "Come on Kelly, we have to--"
BAM!
My shoulder jerks forward as unbelievable pain courses through my veins. Turning around swiftly, I'm met with the witch of a mother who has a wicked smile on her face.
The bitch shot me!
Clenching my fists, I've decided I'm done playing nice. Her smile evaporates when she sees me pulling out my gun. She tries shooting me but the tranquilizer starts to show it's effects.
"P-please, I-I don't want to die." She cries. I stare at her coldly, yet I actually feel bad for her. I can't kill her, this isn't my fight.
"Yet you kill an innocent woman and your very own husband?" I'm surprised at the words that leaves Kelly's lips.
Well that's one way to solve a mystery.
"He didnt give me any money when it was rightfully mine! That money belonged to me! It's--" I shoot her foot causing her to scream in pain.
"You're a sad little bitch and I hope you get what's coming to you." Her eyes shut just as I finish, but I don't miss the stray tear that escapes her eye.
"Why not just kill her?" For the second time today, I'm shocked by Kelly's words.
"She's your mother."
"So?"
I stare at the teenager with sympathy. "She's really hurt you, hasn't she?" I see the sadness in her eyes but before she could reply, a commotion is heard from upstairs.
"FIND THE BOSS!"
Kelly and I's eyes lock. "Run!"
