In a false utopia, the Earth's population is divided into five Units after a disturbing decimation forced the human race to be on the verge of extinction. The increase in man's population competes with the upgrade in advanced technology. With past secrets hidden from the eyes of civilians, they are oblivious to what goes on around them. 

Like every other individual in his Unit, 19-year-old Livingstone is determined to stay true to his dreams and have them fulfilled. Crestfallen by the sudden disappearance of his mother, his unbending character remains firm. 

His growing suspicions toward the Heads of Earth's administration: The Council - is justified when he finds himself entangled in their twisted agenda, which seeks to wipe a quarter of Earth's growing population. Bent on exposing the deed of the opposition, he takes actions which might determine who lives, and who dies.

Elijah concluded everything and added the finishing touches to the design of the sketch – a sketch of the brain structure of man embedded in cobalt. He announced his findings and progress to his team members, and he was urged by their leader to present it before The Council himself. He decided to take charge of the presentation without a second thought. To him, it was an honour. 


Weeks later, he stood on a flat surface elevator which moved by the force gravity to the 102nd floor of the skyscraper which housed the office of The Council and its subordinates. He stepped out of the elevator when he arrived at the floor, and threw his eyes around. The hexagonal-shaped hall was completely empty, except for the wide square windows that exposed the refreshing scenery of the Capital. He spotted six hidden cameras in every corner of the room, a few azure armchairs and a female receptionist. He wondered how come he never spotted her when he first looked around.
