Delusion

I looked at him with cold eyes. Before I knew it, the adepti had landed and Ganyu was holding my hand once more. I looked at her a bit and she smiled, so of course I smiled back. After a few seconds, I looked back at the Fatui Agent, but my eyes weren't as cold as it was before.

"Now tell me, what were you doing here?"

"I-I was just sent here to investigate if the adepti made their move!" he said as he struggled on my chains. As he was struggling, something fell out of his pockets. My eyes widened as I saw what it was. They can even replicate this energy?

"A pseudo Sigil of Permission? The Fatui really are scum." I said as I contained the Sigil of Permission inside a Geo orb. After that, I put it inside my storage ring.

"Say, what do you plan on using that for?" I said in a rather cold tone. I was worried about my loved ones in Liyue Harbor. Especially Havria, since she is a god after all. I should deal with these guys quickly.

"..."

"Going to stay silent, eh?" I said as I closed my free hand, tightening the chains. "Talk."

"Tsk! Just bite the dust!" He said as he started glowing a furious red. I could see his Pyro Delsion energy compressing and it started to run wild. Haah, trying to explode huh? With the way it's running wild, it should take him about a minute or two to complete it.

"I'm just gonna kill him."

"Agreed. Him exploding here will cause the landscape to get damaged," said Ganyu as she looked at the agent with narrowed eyes.

"I kinda ruined it already though…" I said as I scratched the back of my head and looked at the shattered ground that was caused by me losing control.

"I think it's fine. Cloud Retainer seems to be in a good mood after all. I'm sure she can convince the others," said Ganyu with a chuckle.

I let go of Ganyu's hand and summoned the Primordial Jade Cutter. I didn't do anything else but just slash at him. Even though it was just raw physical strength, it still released an air slash. The Fatui Agent slowly turned into black ash as he left his Pyro Delusion. The energy was stabilizing again, good. I decided to hold onto it and just put it in my pocket. I might be able to use this in the future. I walked back to where Ganyu and the Adepti were.

"One is most impressed," said Mountain Shaper. "It would seem you have gotten more stronger than last time one has seen you."

"Ehehe," I said as I scratched the back of my head.

"Let me ask you a question," Xiao said as he looked at me. "Are you engaged to Ganyu?"

"Yes? Why do you ask?"

"Foolish, you're a human and she's an adepti. You are but-"

"Who said I was human?"

The other adepti aside from Cloud Retainer looked confused. I guess Ganyu told her. I then explained to them that I've already been in Teyvat for 500 years. Well, sealed to be exact. When they asked me for my real age, I told them I forgot but my rough guess was a couple of thousands. They were intrigued but they didn't question it further. Ah, that went well.

"I should report this incident to Ningguang. The Fatui making Sigils of Permission wouldn't lead to any good," said Ganyu. I nodded. If they need Sigils of Permission, I could only guess that they're using it for something god related.

I still had two remaining commissions left and Ganyu was already starting to worry about the girls handling her paperwork. We told the adepti about this and they waved us goodbye. During this exchange, I learned that the name of the old lady was Madame Ping. Madame Ping asked me if I had a house, to which I told her that I was just living in a dorm. She said that wasn't good, especially now that I'm getting married.

"Come to Yujing Terrace anytime in the next few days, I'll have my gift for you two prepared by then."

I nodded and held Ganyu's hand. We teleported back to the hotel room only to see Havria and Noelle lying down, looking exhausted. Keqing was still holding on, but I could tell that it was getting to her as well. Ganyu went over and picked some of the papers and took a seat. Havria and Noelle looked elated while Keqing took a sigh of relief.

"Welcome back, you two." Keqing said. I walked over to her and gave her a kiss on the cheek. "Thanks for the sword."

"Anything for my love," she said with a giggle. I smiled and walked over to Noelle and Havria. I both gave them a kiss on the cheek as well. After that, I told them I'll finish off my last two commissions. They waved me off and I went on ahead.

---

"Well… that was rather easy…" I said as I laid back on the bed back at our hotel room. Havria and Noelle were sleeping beside me and when they felt my presence, they stirred a little and embraced me.

"How were the commissions?" asked Havria.

"It was quite easy. I just needed to guard a cargo vessel and clear out a hilichurl camp."

"You didn't get injured, right?" asked Noelle. I shook my head and told her no.

Both of them drifted back to sleep, the only sounds that can be heard is the rustling of paper and moving of the pen. Thinking back at the commission, I noticed something weird about the hilichurls. They got stronger. Way stronger than normal. They had a small amount of Abyssal energy within them, which was concerning. However, what was more concerning was their state of being. When I switched from elemental energy to life force, I saw that their life force was slowly dwindling. It was a really good decision that I don't allow anyone within my Domain now. However, I think I need to release that Domain soon and find a new one.

Using a Domain like the Temples was no good, so maybe a Domain from my own power? If so, wouldn't that just be called a Personal Realm? Hm, how should I go about making that… Well, I'll just worry about it later after I release my old Domain.

I looked at the other two girls and saw that they were slowly dozing off. I suggested to them to rest and just do it tomorrow, and they surprisingly agreed. I was about to bring out the mattress, however, they both just slept on top of me. Haah, luckily I can handle this much.

After a few minutes, I too succumbed to the land of sleep.
