The day of Daisy's birthday has already arrived and everyone they know was invited. But they seem to not be happy about it, the reason was something that they don't want to ever happen.
"Hey mom, dad... Don't be like that ok? Today is my birthday, and I don't want any bad memories about this, please?" She said and smiled bitterly.
"But I can't hide my real feelings towards this kind of thing baby... I don't want you to go." Mina said and cried softly while hugging her child. Daisy on the other hand hugged her mother back and cried with her. Danny didn't show his real feelings, but he was really sad about what will happen.
"Come on, we need to go down to welcome the visitors, so wipe your tears before you entertain them." He said and went out of the room, leaving the two behind.
"I felt that daddy is somewhat hurt about what he saw. Mom, I saw his eyes, they were full of sadness." She said and cried.
"Forget about all this madness for now baby, ok? Let's go?" After saying those words, Mina drag her daughter out of the room with a soft touch.
As they walk down the stairs, all of the visitors look at them in awe, and some of them were even surprised about the two, for they look stunningly beautiful. Mina was wearing a light blue dress that has a ribbon tied on her back hip, while Daisy wore a white gown that glitters when struck by light.
"This is my daughter, the birthday girl... Daisy Aurum." Mina said and everyone clapped with glee as they all went to the dining area.
After gathering there, Danny's mother prayed for the meal and then everyone started singing the birthday song while Mina's mother gave the cake. After the song, Daisy wished and blowed the candle making them clapped with glee. They all forgot about the problem and went on with their party, until 5:55 o'clock in the afternoon.
All the visitors went home with their own food to bring home while the maids and guards went back to their jobs in the house.
Daisy and her family went to her room to discuss about the matter they were talking early.
"Daisy must make the decision, because it is for her and not for us." Mina's mother said, making them look at her.
"I agree... Another thing is, Daisy might be just a seven-year-old girl, but because she have a destiny no one can predict about... Then it must be her answer to be followed, and we will just support that answer." Danny's mother second the motion.
After hearing the answer of the two old women, they all looked at Daisy, while the young one didn't know what to say.
"It's ok baby, we will hear you out." Danny said while holding her wife's hand. Daisy let out a loud sigh and looked at everyone.
"Sorry for my answer mom, dad... But my decision is final... I'm going." She said, making everyone suprised. "If there is a reason why I want to go, it's because, I want to know if I really have inherited my mothers powers just like you said or not." Determined by her own answer, nobody can't say a word. They all looked down with a sad face. "Don't worry, I will be alright... I promise you that I will end the war that's happening there and we will all go and explore that place. I will not let you down, especially you mom and grandma." She said and looked at Mina and her mom.
"I guess we have no other choice but to leave you be then." Mina said, and just as she was about to say something again, they heard a loud doorbell coming from the door, so she felt a little bit scared.
"I hope it's not them yet." Her mother said, and they all went down the first floor.
Upon reaching it, they went to the front door to see who rang the bell and when Danny opened it, they were greeted by the same man that talked to them before.
"Greetings! Aurum family... You may have not remembered me now, but for you to recollect it, I or we are the-"
"The one sent by the queen of the empire. The cavalry who'll guide my daughter back to the empire." Mina said and the man didn't answer, but nodded.
"May I see the young lad?" He asked and even though her family was hiding her to protect her, Daisy let her guard up and held her mom's hand, then she walked out to see the man before her. The man looked at her with surprised eyes. "You? You kinda looked familiar." He said and looked at Daisy's family, then back at her. "AHA! Now I remember! You were the girl who was talking to a young boy yesterday at the park! Is it?" He asked and she knitted her brows.
"How did you-?" She asked and the man smiled.
"Just doing my job, don't want to be scolded by the queen won't we? HAHAHA! By the way, everyone is waiting so we shall head now." He said and after a minute of saying goodbye to each other, Daisy followed the cavalry out of the house.
They walked far away from her home until they reached an isolated place. There, the man chanted something in whispers until she saw a portal starting to grow.
"Wow! Cool!" She said and after that, they went inside. She followed and went she went in, she felt like puking making her hold her stomach and her mouth. "God! I think i'm gonna die." She said and just in time for them to arrive at a place that is not familiar to her. She landed on the ground like she was thrown, making her groan in pain. "Ouch! I'm never using that kind of teleportation ever again! It sucks!" She said and stand up to keep her poise, but was of no use, because she is feeling a bit dizzy.
"We are about to arrive at the castle, so please give respect to the queen, also to the princess. No unnecessary words." The man earlier said so she didn't made a sound until they arrived at the castle.
"This is the castle... Welcome to the Celestial Empire, commonly known as The Empire of Dawn." He said making her eyes sparkle.
"This is a dream come true! Can someone please pinch me to know if this is just a dream or not?" She said and can't stop looking around.
"As I was saying... No-"
"Hey look at that one! It's cool!"
"Wait! You musn't just run aroung like that! You might- Ugh! Screw it, just follow her." He said and all of them ran for her aid.
