Chapter 32: A New Place

"And this is why I wanted to tell you not to be so serious about this." Daisy said sighing. "Or are you really that bored to just finish him like that?" She asked unbelievably, but Granger just looked at her, telling her to just finish what she has in her hands for them to go back and rest inside the hospital. "Ok, fine." She said and stand up as if she wasn't hit earlier.

She looked at Zaina who now has a shocked expression, making her smirk. Because of this, she slowly walked towards Zaina and when she got close enough, she whispered.

"I hope you've got a good day." And before Zaina could even move, she quickly held Zaina by her left hand and pulled it behind her, and when Daisy was already at Zaina's back, she then hits Zaina's nape, making her unconscious.

Nobody could even talk after that. Silence filled the atmosphere and the excited faces of all the people in there, changed into a shocked and unbelieved one. Daisy and Granger went to the middle part and bowed, then left afterwards to go back inside the hospital. They didn't even looked back and just continued walking away.

Good thing they arrived just in time before Nurse Oh checked the beds.

"Oh? You two feeling ok now?" She asked and they both nodded silently. "Follow me, I will take you to your new place." She said and they both followed. They walked away from the hospital and when they reached 10 blocks away from it, they turned left. After that, they walked almost passed 3 more houses, then Nurse Oh stopped.

She looked from her left then right before crossing the street, the other two still following.

When they reached the other end of the road, she ringed the bell at the gate in front of them. It was a blue colored gate that matches well with the other decorations inside the place.

"Who's there?" Asked someone and walked towards them. "Nurse Oh! Good to see you again." An old woman said and looked at Daisy and Granger.

"I see you've brought some              acquaintances of yours? May I know why?" She asked.

"Can we talk about this inside? For you to understand more. It will just look complicated if we talk here." She said and the old woman didn't go against this and invited them all inside. They all sat down beside each other at a long sofa while the old woman sat in front of them, at a little one.

"Mind telling me now what's so important to say that you made me sit here? Must be serious." The old woman said. Well the truth is, she is not really looking old. She just looked like a 40 year-old woman, but the truth is, she is already in her early 60s. Anyway, Daisy looked around and noticed the color of the inside part. If outside was colored blue, inside was all white. Nothing else, no more color but white. Making her smile weirdly at this.

"It's about this two here." Nurse Oh started. "Remember the vaccine that we made? It didn't work with them, that's the reason why we are here." She said and the old woman's eyes grew wide, but then changed it back to normal.

"Seems interesting." She then said and looked at the two. "Did they perhaps, slept too long when you've injected them? Or maybe, something weird happened to them after you did the injection?" She asked.

"The former... After we injected them all, they woke up and forgot everything except this two. They slept for two weeks straight and when they woke up, they remembered everything." She explained.

"Hmm... Maybe the time has already come." She said and stand up. "All of you, follow me." She said and walked deeper into the house. And as they walk into the basement, the three had weird expressions in their faces.

"I didn't know you have something hidden here." Nurse Oh said and looked as surprised as the other two when the old lady opened the lights. A shelf of books was on the right side of the basement with a door to it's left side, and a cauldron in the middle part. At the back of it was a table with pens, papers and an open book. At the middle most part of the basement was a little light hanging, enough to make the room glow.

"That's because I didn't told you about this." The old woman said. "To be honest with you three, I was an oracle back in the old days. All people here in Empire of Dawn always come to me to seek help or if they want some future telling. But, as time flies, I got older and just decided to... You know, live a normal life." She explained. "But I still know how to act like one, all the spells I use in the past are still fresh in my mind." She continued. "And you two children might be the ones we are waiting to save us all from the Empire of Dusk." She then said, making Daisy and Granger confused. They both tilted their head right to tell the old woman what they really are feeling.

"I am as well, confused about what you said just now Mother Ban." Nurse Oh said on the kids behalf.

Because of this, Oracle Ban went near the cauldron and motioned the two to go forward, 3 steps away from it.

"Grand cauldron, I request upon thee...

Here I am, the oracle, telling my plea...

Show them what I really meant...

For them to understand their true self." The oracle chanted and the cauldron started to glow. The water on it began to bubble as if it was about to burst out like a kettle already in its limits.

It started to glow for a bright white color. Making them cover their eyes aside from the old woman. It also lasted for about two minutes then it faded.

"As the light goes up...

Darkness prevails down...

But one day, that darkness will fade away...

With the use of the force of light." She said and the children both saw mists started to form in the air, then they saw two newborn babies. Crying like there is no tomorrow. "But when that light gets drawn by darkness, it might kill the former, and create chaos among others." The mist then changed from a beautiful orange-lighted and white-lighted color to a black and creepy one. The image then showed the two grown up, started fighting and the other drawing its sword right in the heart of the other. Then it disappeared like nothing happened.

Daisy looked with horror at this, while Granger just kept his pace, but even if so, he felt scared. They both thought that what they saw was not a good sight at all.
