Chapter 6 - DEAD?

THE NEXT DAY:

Yesterday was weird, he kissed me and wouldn't acknowledge or even talk about it, so as I'm walking down the halls to where Kaito wanted to have lunch, all I could think about was if I did something bad or if he even liked me, and a million other worried thoughts that flooded my head...

But even more, worries went through my head, as I see him sitting in a chair just a few feet away from me.

After a short while of staring, I slowly began walking again, but with every step my legs get weaker. Until I finally make it to the table...

"hey" Kaito greets but his expression seems down

"Hey" I greet back with a forced smile

I slowly sit down in front of him, while trying to seem as calm as possible. But the questions in my head wouldn't go away. But before I could even processed what was wrong with him, he suddenly stood up...

"Can we do this another time?"

"O-" before I could even reply, he bolts away...

I didn't know what to say or think, so instead I just sat there dumbfounded.

After a while of sitting, I finally forced myself to stand up, not knowing how much I would regret it...

THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW:

(We don't know who the person is so I use stranger and it to refer to the mysterious person)

As Aiko sat in the chair dumbfounded by what just happened. Something unimaginable was happening a few feet away on the roof of a building.

"WHO ARE YOU," she says as she backs closer and closer towards the edge of the building, unaware of what could happen...

But instead of answering the stranger just keeps walking, with a knife in its hands. With the mask on its face making the appearance even more terrifying and threatening.

Suddenly her feet hit the edge and she stops...

"PLEASE LEAVE ME ALONE" she cries but the stranger just keeps walking until it stops a few inches from her.

As the stranger stops, her instincts kick in and she runs at it while trying to punch it...

But the stranger easily blocks her punch while using the other hand to grab her neck.

With her body completely dominated and defenseless, the stranger starts walking closer and closer to the edge, with its grip getting tighter on her neck...

"pLeAsE...DoN-"

Before she could finish the stranger pushes her neck from its hand causing her to fall from the building's roof...

As she falls unable to scream or do anything, Aiko starts walking right close to where she soon will die, unaware of her, he keeps walking until...

He closes his eyes as he feels something splash on him, he quickly takes a step back with his eyes still close.

He quickly wipes the liquid off his face and slowly opens his eyes, only to open his eyes even wider from the gruesome and horrifying scene in front of him.

He takes another and another and another step back until his legs give in, causing him to fall to the floor.

As sits up he still can't fully process what just happened, but it's too much for him, and he falls back to the ground unconscious...

While everyone close-by stares in shock at the monstrous view in front of them...
