Hell Travels

If there was a question asking about what exactly hell looked like, no one would be able to answer it, except maybe for Robbie and Duke, who have already seen the real hell itself! The hell could be described as barren, hot, chaotic, with an intense smell of sulphur.

It wasn't long after they arrived that the wandering spirits or ghosts noticed their presence. Robbie rushed towards the spirit in order to destroy it before things get ugly. Robbie knew that the Ghost Rider wasn't a creature that would be welcomed in hell as they were considered an abomination!

Robbie knew that the Ghost Rider might be extremely powerful, but it also had its own huge weakness! Although the Ghost Rider might be considered the warden of hell, the situation wouldn't be good as there were so many Evil Spirits there that would surely overwhelm them!

Robbie instantly realised that he would never be able to get away once the evil spirit began to swarm them. Therefore, he had to destroy any evil spirit that spotted them before they could alert everyone in hell! Unlike in the Human Realm where the Ghost Rider's power would punish the sinner and send them to hell, in hell itself, the Ghost Rider wouldn't be able to send the Evil Spirit anywhere else, meaning that no matter what Robbie did, he wouldn't be able to diminish the enemy's numbers!

Probably, the Ghost Rider's ultimate skill, the Penance Stare, could destroy the evil spirit, but in all honesty, Robbie wouldn't be able to keep using it all the time against so many enemies! That was also the reason that the Evil Spirit stood its ground as soon as it saw Robbie and Duke instead of trying to flee.

Robbie had a vague understanding of the law and rules in hell as he has been there once, but he knew they were in quite a predicament right now as Duke was nothing but a baggage right now. During his first time in hell, he had investigated a hefty dose of hell's law and rules and has experienced so many large-scale hunts, where he was the hunter and the hunted at the same time!

But right now, Duke was forced to come to hell without having any preparation in any form at all! Clearly, Robbie couldn't ask for Duke's help right now. He could just leave Duke here and find his way out of hell, but he didn't know much about his ability to form the Dimensional Transmission.

Duke himself was feeling really miserable right now as all he could think of was returning to Earth and continued his lavish life with a bottle of gin right now! He didn't know the technique that Robbie used to open the hell's door, so he just followed along, knowing that his life would be ending soon!

Clearly, Duke didn't care right now. He was ready to wait for Robbie to tear open the path to wherever he wanted. He knew he was immortal, so nothing in this dimension scared him. It could be said that Duke has given up on life itself!

So Robbie had no other way but to drag Duke around as he didn't want to cooperate.

"Hurry up if you don't want to become those birds' dinner!" Robbie shouted at Duke to hurry him along as Duke was dilly-dallying. However, after seeing the demon birds were closing in and Duke had no intention to cooperate, Robbie clicked his tongue in frustration. He did it for his own safety, not because he hated Duke!

Robbie hoped that Duke would somehow help him as the creature on hell would definitely target Duke as well as he was in his Ghost Rider's form. But on top of that, Robbie secretly hoped that Duke would run away so that Robbie didn't have to be responsible for what happened to him inside hell!

But things went against him right now. Not only Duke weighed him down, but he also followed him earnestly without saying anything!

"We need to run!" Robbie shouted once again as he dragged Duke to run with him. The amount of demon birds behind them has multiplied once again, so he couldn't afford Duke's attitude right now. But no matter what he said to Duke, the man ignored him the entire time! But then again, Duke still followed him with a poker face.

Duke's attitude throughout the entire time they were in hell was really bugging Robbie's patience, but he knew that all Duke wanted was Robbie to give up and return to Earth again.

However, Robbie had another plan. If Duke was determined to follow him no matter what, then he thought it would be better to fight these creatures and see what Duke would do with it! So, Robbie started to run towards the flocks of demon birds and attacked them relentlessly.

Duke was surprised and shocked to see Robbie rushing towards the demon birds instead of running away! So, his instinct kicked in, and he started to run. He didn't need anything else other than coming back to Earth, but he didn't want to be torn apart by those birds either, so all he could come up with was to run!
