Chapter Nineteen

The next day, everyone belonging to Endoro pack boarded the busses again to get back. We had only travelled here to deal with the full moon day, and I didn't think the problems with police would persist for a long time.

Perhaps the killer would be caught, and the suspicion on our pack would be reduced to zero.

I knew I was too optimistic, but I didn't know what else to think about. It seemed to be my only option.

By the time we got back to the pack, it was already evening. We resumed our life as usual, and I didnt force Aiden to stay alone anymore.

He seemed to be ecstatic after hearing that.

And we did it again that night. I even lost the count of how many times we rolled on the bed that night. But by the time it was dawn, I was already unconscious from extreme exhaustion. Aiden had to gather me in his arms to clean my body before we went to sleep.
