The sky was a clear blue, dotted by a few cumulus clouds the air was crisp with cool.birds were chirping happily around

The pounding of her feet on the ground is rhythmic and comforting

Putting on Her Headphones she Increases the pace of her jog while enjoying the view around

Until a Sharp shout came from behind,

Emily ! WATCH-OUT ...

Emily slowing down her pace as realizes someone calling her , pulled out her headphones she Turn around

Shit ! - Emily exclaimed aloud

& momentarily lost his rhythm and almost tripped over her own feet as Girl move past her on a bicycle hastily..

GOD-Kiya ! Are you mad or what ? - Emily exclaimed As Kiya Rush to her swiftly dropping the cycle aside

Kiya: Sorry sorry.. are you hurt?? Actually you know what fault is all yours. Who runs crazy like this??

Emily: What?? I'm crazy??

Kiya: No it's me. Of course you're crazy.

Narrowing her eyes , Emily stared her

Kiya: Okk my bad. Now don't give me this kind of death glare. My little boyfriend will be sad if I die so soon. Now get up

Pulling her hand Kiya led her towards bench

Sat on it Emily moving her toe in a round

Kiya: Are you ok?? Is it hurts?? Should I call dad??

Kiya started blabbering.

Emily: Okk stop. Take a break. I'm not dying. Nd my foot is also ok. It's must be a simple sprain. Nothing else. No worries.

Kiya - thank god ... come i'll drop you .

Emily nods as following her towards the car .

Kiya- keys?

Emily - its ok i'll drive,

Kiya - with injured toe? Are-You-Kidding-Me?

Emily - but , i'll manage

Kiya- do you still doubting on my driving skill ?

Emily - No, i didn't say that

Kiya: Yes you're. I swear on my mom Emma if you were not my childhood friend then I'll surely break your other leg.

Emily chuckles lowly as get in the car.

They drove towards Emily house , car stopped outside followed by another car i.e Kiya's car.

They climbed out & made their way on garden free walkway to get inside the house through the entrance ,

& how people live alone, i wonder - Kiya blurt as slumps on the couch.

Emily smiled as took off her jacket & leaned on the other couch stretching her legs resting on the table ..

Sitting across the table , while having a cup of tea they chattered along .

Emily - so what's the plan?

Kiya - jumping from bandra-worli sea tonight . you wanna join?

Emily - why not , incase you changed your mind, someone should be there to push you

Kiya - my one true Friend.

Emily smiled as move next to her .

Kiya sighed as leaning on her shoulder

Kiya- the man i madly in love with , is not acceptable by my great Father just because He-Is-Not-A-Doctor.

She sit up, facing Emily & continue

Kiya: Where is the law that a doctor's daughter has to marry a doctor ?? No .. I mean which book has such words written ??Show me. And tell me which madman wrote it. I haven't slept properly for a week, I'm tired of explaining to my father. And you're saying stop being pathetic. Really??

Emily purses his lips as making a sorry face

Kiya took a deep breath & blew as leaning on her shoulder again

Emily puts her hand around, & rubbed her arm gently

Emily - Don’t be stressed, let me think something.

Kiya - please , think.

Oh shit - Emily exclaimed abruptly as clock strike 8:30

Kiya: What Happened??

Emily: It's 8:30.

Kiya: So??

Emily: I've my appointment with the patient by 9.

Good Morning Sir ,

Tej greeted as Krish walked out of the house behind , wearing a classic combination, black suit along simple white dress shirt with dark brown monk.

Morning - Krish replied as reached up to him

Tej instantly Pulls the car’s door for him

I can manage Tej - Krish said as get inside the car.

Its my duty sir - Tej stated as closed the door & taking a driver seat .

Tej - Sir today is yours…

Krish - I Know … lets go home.

Tej nods & drove towards Taylor Mansion.

Emily slammed her fist against desk hastily

Hi’ sorry i m late is there any patient on waiting? Send him in room no.4 - Emily spoke to receptionist

Receptionist - there is no patient yet .

Emily- Are u sure ?

Receptionist - yes doctor.

Thankgod Emily mumble as blew out a little relieving sigh.

Emily - ok, i m in room no. 4 if patient comes send him there.

Receptionist - ok Doctor, have a nice day

Emily nods smilingly as walked off.

Car stopped outside the big Mansion , named as Taylor .

Guard open the car’s door Krish get out settling his coat , scanning the outlook of a big mansion as tucking his hand inside the pocket while stepping ahead & went inside Tej followed him behind.

Emily sit up on her chair , staring the clock curiously who struck 10.

lady in her early 70’s sit up on a big couch placed in the middle of giant hall ,

Her lips curled up in a smiles as Krish entered & crossing the distance between them

He knelt down & smiles gently at the Lady whom he called Granny .

Krish- How are you ?

Before she could reply to his Dear Grandson,

Esha showed up.

"Why didn't you go to the hospital?" Esha asked sternly.

Take no notice , Krish got up on his feet & rolled his eyes sit up on the couch Next to Granny

Esha: Want to explain anything??

Krish sighed while looking away

Esha: Granny say something to him. Ask him What does he want?

Krish: I have come to say that. For the last time.

Granny: Krish dear why didn't you go to the hospital??

Krish: Granny I'm fine. I don't need any Doctor. I have told you this before. Stop all this. I don't like these.

Esha - no, You’re not . You need a Doctor Krish. Why don't you understand??

He got up irritably shrugging his shoulder , stepped ahead to face her.

Krish - I don't need a doctor , Stop forcing things on me , i ' m telling you the one last time

Esha - i m not forcing you damn it i m just.. worried about you

Krish said sternly - then stop worrying about me. I can take care of myself.

Esha stretching her hand in air in utter disbelief ,

I m ur sister Krish , how am i supposed to stop worrying about you? And especially after seeing your this kind of behavior.

Her Eyes little welled up in tears , Nick who is standing at the door rush to her hastily & put her arms around her shoulder

Granny: At least meet the doctor dear.

Esha shook her head in disbelief ,

Esha: See That's what he always does. Doesn't listen to anyone.

Granny: Esha baby don't stress yourself like this. You're pregnant. Come sit.

Esha sighed angrily while Nick make her sit .

Granny: I'm going crazy for both of you this time. And you ... how many times have I told you not to be angry?

Esha: What do I do then? You tell me what to do? Shall I leave him ?? Let him do what he wants to do ??He wants to die. Shall I let him die? He left us alone but I can't. I can't let him go, let him die. he’s my brother & i still care about him .

Nick rubbing her shoulder in solace

Nick - Esha ..

Esha: Nick Please make him understand. At least meet the doctor once.

Nick: Ok ok calm down. I'll talk to him. You calm down.

Emily got up irritably

Alright...Mr Taylor " Emily mumbled as she looked at the name on the file & walked off the room ..

Krish standing outside the gate , gritted his teeth

Nick places his hand on his shoulder as came to him.

Krish: Let's meet the doctor once. Is that what you came to say?

Nick: What's wrong with saying that?

Krish: Ok.

Turning his face toward Tej , Krish ordered.

4 p.m at office .

Tej nods in response.

Nick - Office?

Krish: I want to meet her face to face once. I think I should apologize to her for the morning. Then we will know when we will meet later.

Good” Nick smiled in disbelief as patted his back gently

Resuming her Duty , she stood at the nurse station reading some other patient history while a peon showed up & ask her Dr Rizwan wished to meet her .

Giving a knock , Emily enters

Rizwan - plz sit.

She sits as he said.

Emily: I was coming to you actually Mr Taylor....

Rizwan: I know and I want to say sorry for that. You had to wait for him.

Emily: It's ok uncle. But what's the reason behind this kind of behavior??

Rizwan: Actually he got busy somewhere. But he asked me for your next appointment whenever you're free.

Emily: Ohh...

Rizwan: But he wants to meet you personally and apologize to you for today.

Emily: No It's ok.

Rizwan: Yeah I know but he wants to meet you personally. & i think you should go may be to know him better.

Emily: Ummm... I think uncle we should let it go. Many times the patient forgets to come to visit. There is nothing to apologize for.

Rizwan - don’t worry Emily , i can understand your hesitation but he’s not like others you know he’s quite gentle.

Even He has sent his car for you .

Emily smiled in utter disbelief & couldn’t understand what is actually happening with her.

A Patient , she Barely knows whose last name Taylor Didn’t reach up on time , makes her wait & eventually ask her an apology meet ?

Doctor Rizwan Hussain , One of the senior , experienced & reputed Cardiologist of the decade , ask no plead me to meet him. Who? Just a Patient ? Is he treated all of his patient like this or this one is special or is something special with me ? ..Ugh! Emily bit her lower lip & swallowed all the doubts & nerves

Rizwan - Emily ?

A familiar voice pulled her back in reality.

Emily: Uh... Yes?

Rizwan: You didn't said anything. It's... It's ok if you're not comfortable then.

Emily - no ..no uncle i mean , its ok i will go .

Rizwan - sure?

Emily - Ya.

Rizwan - ok then , His driver is waiting for you outside

Emily - okay .. i’ll see.

She left taking her mobile and purse.
