Siddharth clenched his fist. This was probably the greatest embarrassment he'd faced in his entire life. A girl.., calling him a little boy..?
He took a step when Mark's figure instinctively blocked him with the speed of light. He cleared his throat and looked at Camille in disbelief.
Calling this guy a little boy?! Even he sometimes, feels inferior to this friend of his in terms of looks. Yet he's being referred to just a little boy??
Little girl, are you lesbian???
Of course, he didn't dare say that loud. For a girl to call his friend a little boy, he didn't know what she was. So it was better not to act rashly.
He could only swallow his saliva and say,
"We came for something here today so why fight?" He managed to flash a smile that was worse than crying.
"Ooh, so that's why you sneaked in here? To see me?"
D*mn girl! Can you stop painting us as criminals? For crying out louuuuuuuuuud....
Of course, he also didn't dare say that aloud.
Camille finally decided to stop her taunting as she said,
"Alright. What is it you wanted to give me?"
"You think after embarrassing us, I would give it to you easily?"
A deep voice rang out.
"Hey! Do you think I've been praying to God for you to come and see me? If you don't want to give..., then....Go.To..Hell.."
"Bleh?" Mark's mouth was wide open. How dare she speak to this demigod like that. What is this woman? He didn't dare use 'Who?' And that was because he wasn't sure she was a woman. Even old widows will have a reaction. He looked her up and down, talk less of you!
"I think you don't need to have dinner anymore," Camille smiled.
"Why?" Mark asked puzzled.
"Because over a thousand flies have been welcomed into a stomach."
Mark turned red as his emotions became haywire. He had been insulted for the umpteenth time today. He looked at Siddharth with an ugly face.
You're the one who brought us here today. Did you just bring me here to be insulted together with you?
I told you to get someone to return the book. But your adamant big head wouldn't listen. Serves you right.
"But...have you thought about something you haven't seen for a while now?" Siddharth asked.
Camille thought and thought. What have I been looking for?
While Siddharth looked at her in disbelief. Does this girl have dementia? Or she dumps her bag as soon as she comes back from classes.
"Wait...wait.. I have been looking for my book. Could it be....?"
"Mmh..hmm,"
"Impossible..! How did it get into your hands..?"
Siddharth smiled as his turn to take revenge had come,
"Well, I think I should start going to hell now."
"You...What the hell are you doing?" Camille hardened her jaw in embarrassment. He was clearly using her own words in her time of ignorance against her,
"Don't even think about going anywhere today. Unless you give this lady her book, even Lucifer wouldn't dare call you," she fired as she held his hand with force.
Mark: "..."
This is probably the most astonishing thing I've seen all through my life. Even firing bullets is not as cool as the scene before me.
Best scene of the year goes to Ghost man and Miss non-human.

"Where do you think Camille is Emi?" Meethi asked. They had knocked but there was no reply. That was unlike Camille.
"Uh...I.." Emily fumbled.
"Speak clearly, I can't hear you," Meethi said impatiently.
"Well.., I actuallysawhergoingoutwithCynthia," Emily spoke extremely fast.
Meethi frowned in displeasure. She only caught Cynthia's name there due to her sensitivity with the person she hates but, what does it have to do with Camille?
"OK, she went out with Cynthia," Emily spoke the truth to avoid her getting all negative thoughts,
"She hasn't returned but Cynthia has but she seems both happy and angry. I don't know what they talked about."
Meethi shook slightly. What was Cynthia trying to do? Was she trying to snatch her friend also? Just like she had snatched her peace of mind and dignity? She lives in constant fear of that secret being exposed but it seems Cynthia hasn't ended there.
What of Camille? Did she believe Cynthia, the manipulator? Just like Love did? Her face revealed a betrayed expression.
Emily watched Meethi in sympathy. She understood her pain. She was also in the same high school where all these happened. And she saw the sorrow of Meethi that period. She slowly walked towards her and held her hands,
"Don't worry, I'll always be with you."
