In a lapse of judgement, the world tries to fix a global illness leading to the creation of another dimension. Those afflicted with this illness are brought to this other dimension where things may not be as they seem.

Paradox

All six of them gathered to eat when Dallas called for lunch. Clint already had a plate full before anyone entered the kitchen, eating on the opposite side of the island. Tucker and Landon walked in a couple minutes before Devin and Willis. The two that came in from outside were grumbling to each other, patting dust off themselves. Devin dragged Willis past the food, proclaiming they needed to change first. 


Tucker waited for their voices to disappear before laughing, “I can’t believe Willis is letting Devin push him around like that.” 


“Is it a bad thing?” Clint asked between bites. 


“No, but I find it hilarious. It’s been a long time since he’s really been around a group of people his age. Not including me.” 


“You’re the same age?” Dallas tapped his fork against his plate. 


“Well no. Willis is about three years older than me. So fine, but Devin’s like 20 or something right?” Tucker looked over to Landon.
