Chapter 24

Angelina took the piece of cloth from its hand and wiped her eyes.

“What are you doing here?” Angelina asked before blowing her nose into the cloth.

It began to speak‚ but suddenly stopped.

“I….”

Angelina had a curious expression written all over her face. Why did it stop?

She wanted to force it to finish it wanted to say‚ but noticed it only hesitated. Seeming like it was unsure of what to say.

“You still haven’t explained your connection with James” Angelina asked ignoring its reply.

“Don’t just fall asleep tonight” It warned

“What… Why”

“Don’t fall asleep” It said giving Angelina a warning glare
