Gaze At The Wide Blue Sea

In the kitchen, Ai Zhiyi placed the bowls on the shelf. As soon as he was about to come out, Li Baihe rushed in and immediately approached him with a serious expression. She pulled Ai Zhiyi's arm to go deeper into the kitchen, then asked in a hushed voice, "Didn't you tell Weixu about this matter?"

Ai Zhiyi immediately widened his eyes, looked at the woman with an unexpected expression, was shocked to hear the question. He was stunned for a moment before he finally realized how serious she was asking him that. Then, he lowered his gaze as if there was something he was hiding in his eyes. He never expected that Li Baihe would ask such a thing so suddenly. Even so, he had no intention of answering.

However, Li Baihe took that silence as a 'no' answer even if Ai Zhiyi didn't say anything, so she disappointedly asked, "Why didn't you tell Weixu about it?"
