Starting a New Adventure in Another World

Xue Fai killed the beast that was attacking the members of the Emei sect. Not even sparing a glance at them, he was about to jump off, but Liu Li stooped him in time.

"Wait, you won't get the beast's body? Its core can help you in your cultivativation, and its carcass should fetch a high price in the market. Are you sure you don't want it?"

Xue Fai pondered for a while and checked the corpse once more. He nodded and looked at Liu Li.

"Uh-uh, nope. I don't want it. You guys can have it."

Liu Li looked confused. She bowed and thanked Xue Fai.

"I'm Liu Li. May I know your name, young warrior?"

"I'm Xue Fai." Xue Fai bowed as well while introducing himself. Liu Li then pulled a token out of her pocket and gave it to Xue Fai. The token was a white jade with a phoenix engraved in it.

"If you ever need any help then, go to the Liu clan house, tell them my name and show them this token, and they'll know what to do." Xue Fai nodded and left them.
