Chapter Four

I was dumbfounded and did not know what to say.

"Where is the bathroom for women?" He asked the one of the hotel staff who was running out.

Although it was confusing, it still pointed the way to the bathroom.

"Shit! Help me!" He said and pointed out the metal in our way.

I immediately went to him and helped him remove the iron on the way. We immediately went to the women's bathroom.

"Look there, I'll look here."

He pointed the women's bathroom. There are two bathrooms for women. I just nodded and didn't mind the smoke I inhale, my lungs have been burning with cigarettes for a long time.

I entered the bathroom pointed out by Mr. Valento, I looked at all the cubicles that even the trash I looked at even though I knew I could not see Jade there, I'm just hoping if Jade might be crammed into the trash.

"She's not there," I said and pointed to the bathroom I had entered.

"If she was not there and here? Where she is?" He asked seriously.

He shook his head and went ahead of me again while I looked around hoping that he might be stuck.

"Let's see if the fire is spreading, we might get caught." I failed to tell him, he ignored me and dropped his walking shoulder. Jade is my best friend and I am also afraid that what may have happened to her but we can't just stay here especially since we are not looking for anything here.

"You may go first, she might just be there," He said with a sad voice. I could not understand him.

"Mr. Valento we need to—"

"I said you may now go!" I was surprised again when he shouted again. I was speechless especially when he left me and was about to run to the other hallway when rescue arrived and stopped him from doing what he was going to do.
