Chapter Five

I coughed leaning back, behind the hotel. I had nowhere to go so I thought of going out behind the back of the hotel. Thank god I was able to get out safely but I could not avoid getting a wound, I still took care of it for a long time.

But never mind, I will just take care of the scar that will be left with the medicine, and more importantly, I will be able to get out of here in case there is a fire here in the back and I have not been able to get out yet.

I took a deep breath as I cried at the visible fire. I immediately moved away from the said hotel. When I left behind and reached the rescuers, rescuers immediately supported me in the seat when they saw me.

They treated my body wounds while I was just dumbfounded and thinking about what had happened today. Many things happened today. And I hope nothing happens next that will hurt my head.

"Someone tried to rush to the fire, it was nice and they saw Martha."

One of the rescuers I was talking to said that while preparing the material to be used to treat my wound.

"It's a good thing Martha's team came in, if they hadn't they would be cooked inside."

The man was preparing material for my wounds and now he took my arm and treated my wounds in my body.

Even if it hurts, there is nothing wrong with what happened to me earlier. There were so many fires all over the place, I thought I was going to die inside. But by the mercy of God, I escaped the fire. I still want to travel around the world, I do not want to leave the whole surface first, I do not want to die without traveling around the world. Even if you don't give me a husband lord. Just let me travel, that's enough.

"The two are very handsome, but they seem to be looking for someone," the assistant of the doctor said and scratched its forehead.

"Oh?"

"True, a man is shouting a name."

The female assistant said with a delightful tone while presenting the necessary material to the doctor.

"What name?" the doctor said and focused on my wounds in my arm.

'They do not look like chismosas huh?' I sarcastically said in my mind.

"I remember it's Jade."

I suddenly stiffened when I heard my name.

"What?"

I could not stop speaking when I heard my name, the two looked at me.

"Are you saying something, ma'am?"

One of them said with a confused look.

"You say my name, and you also say someone is looking for me? Where are they?"

My voice was calm but deep inside I was worried. I was worried that it might be Henry. I was worried because of what might have happened to him.

I can't see him so I'm very worried about him.

"They were taken to the hospital because they were badly hit."

Another of them said. My eyes widened at what they said.

Henry was outside the Hotel earlier right? So how? How could he have been injured if I left him outside of the hotel? He probably went inside when he found out there was a fire.

I know him, he surely did that.

"I need to leave, where was the hospital they were taken to?"

I stood up in the seat after saying that but the two immediately stopped me.

"Ma'am, your other wounds have not been treated yet."

That was what a man who was also holding me back said

"I beg you, my friends are the ones you are blabbering on, where were they taken?"

I said worriedly to the two of them while they looked at each other. They are shock.

"But Ma'am—"

The one of the two said but I cut it off

"I beg you, which Hospital." I

I tried to be calm as I said that while they looked at each other again. One of the two sighed before speaking.

When they told me which hospital, I immediately took a taxi after they said the hospital name, the taxi driver even looked at me because I was injured but did not comment and drove to the place I said.

I immediately paid the driver, fortunately, I was able to bring some money to the party so I incase I need to pay something and here I pay the taxi driver, just to drive me here to the Hospital.

"I'm looking for Henry Sy?"

I looked at the nurse currently assigned to the nurse station. He looked at something.

"Sy, Henry B. Ma'am? He left after he was treated, but the one with him is still here." He said after he looked at his hold.

"Is he with someone?" I asked again even though I knew I had heard that before I got here to the hospital. But who will be with Henry, if I am the only one with him?

"Hija!" I turned to a lady who suddenly passed by me while my eyes widened slightly because I did not know her.

"Are you here for my son?" She said with tears in her eyes. Who is she? Did I meet someone I did not know?

"Uhm… did I know you Mrs?" I was still hesitant to say that. Today I do not know why they know me but I do not know them.

"Are you kidding? Let's go to my Baby's room."

She wiped her tears with a white handkerchief then she took my hand. I could not fight anymore because she immediately pulled me to the elevator.

"Thank you so much for coming hija, I do not know what I will do earlier when Ivory called me, I do not know her very well so I was very grateful when you came and you know, my husband is always in another country. " She sniffed and looked at me while I squeezed into a corner.

Hays, how can I get rid of it? I do not know her, even her baby and husband I do not know, even Ivory she talks about.

"Do I know you?"

"Why did you change baby Jane? Don't you like me anymore?" I did not know what to do when tears welled up in her eyes.

"Uhm I think Mrs. you are just mistaken, yes my name is Jane but I do not know you."

I was still hesitant when I said that.

"I-its okay baby Jane, you were young back then so you don't remember me anymore," she said tearfully as I just scratched my forehead.

I knew her before, she said that, is there a possibility that I know Mr. Valento?
