"Dr. Kifer" I turned to see Dr. de la Vega running towards me. I waited patiently.

"What can I do for you doctor?" I said when she had reached me. She caught her breath then gave me a sly smile.

"I was wondering if you could give me a hand with a patient" she looked at me kindly. I heard the elevator let out a ding sound.

I was supposed to go inside and get to the ground floor and head home. A nurse excused herself as she indicated that she had to use the elevator to bring a patient on a wheelchair to the third floor. Dr. de la Vega and I moved aside.

"Now?" I inquired. She smiled and shook her head.

"Not immediately," she paused "but I wanted to inform you ahead. The patient is an old woman. A nurse told me that it was only Dr. Kempler who could ask her to take her medication" she sighed.
