Sith Destroyer

Khan watched the ground cannons firing at the Republic fighters in the atmosphere. The fleet in space was too far for it to hit.

"If you're going to do something, do it all the way." Khan ran out of his hole and towards the cannon station. His speed was like that of a gazelle. The troopers tried firing but none of their shots could hit him, he moved faster than the bolts could travel.

As he ran he still fired, just when he neared the station, ten troopers poured from inside. Khan raised his gun and fired, but before he could take them all out, he dived to the ground and rolled forward.

A red lightsaber spun over his head like a boomerang. The blade flew back to the hand of a human male in dark red armor and a black robe. He ran out of one of the main buildings and followed the troopers.

Khan glanced at the Sith before rising from the ground and running forward. He shot down the last of the troopers guarding the station and ran inside between a rain of blaster fire.

Because his reactions were too quick, none of them could hit him.

Khan closed the door and raised his gun. The technology involved in a ship-sized turbo laser was very complex. All he had to do was raise his blaster and start shooting at the equipment.

The cannon immediately stopped firing, but he didn't stop. He ran towards a spiraling staircase and went up. Cannon operators and technicians tried to stop him with blaster pistols but were shot as soon as they appeared.

The Sith burst through the doors with his troops just in time to see Khan reach the next level.

Khan stormed into the operation room of the station and gunned down all the people inside. The entire upper platform rotated so the barrel could cover every angle.

Khan ran towards the cannon barrel and climbed out on top of it. Back outside, he jumped to the dome-shaped roof and ran to the top. He aimed at the trooper in the base below and started firing.

They tried to shoot him but it was too easy to dodge. The Sith and Republic fighters in the air could see him on the roof. Although there were cannons from other bases shooting, one less cannon helped them out.

Khan quickly turned around when he noticed the Sith climbing onto the barrel. He raised his blaster and fired, but the Sith easily deflected his shots.

"You amaze me, Republic soldier, Lon was it? Come, become the Captain of my Troops and help us rule the Galaxy! It's the only way you survive this." His long blond hair blew in the wind and he held out his hand.

"I am the Appren-"

Before he could finish, Khan spoke. "Give up, you can't win, I have the high ground!"

"Die!!" His anger flared at the thought of being cut off by an insignificant soldier. He jumped to the roof to cut Khan down.

The moment he jumped, Khan fired three times. Once at the head, once at his chest, and the last one looked like he missed.

He quickly blocked the two shots, but he didn't notice as he fell he moved into the line of the last shot. The third shot hit him in the foot and his eyes widened in pain.

He crashed to the roof instead of landing properly and began rolling down.

Khan ran forward and loaded his body with blaster fire. He caught up to him and stopped his hilt from rolling off the roof. Bending down, he grabbed the lightsaber with one hand and held the blaster in the other.

He watched as the body rolled off the dome and fell to the ground. "It's showtime." Khan jumped back onto the barrel and dived back into the building.

The troopers were confused when they saw the red blade at first, but Khan didn't stop. He cut forward with one hand and shot with the other.

The hum of the lightsaber and blaster fire filled the small room. No matter how hard they tried, Khan seemed to be protected by an invisible barrier. All their shots were instead deflected back and killed their own people.

Inside the outpost. An Umbaran Sith Lord with pale bluish-white skin opened his eyes. "My apprentice has died? No, the Jedi should not have arrived planetside yet."

His brows furrowed and he rose from his seat. He sensed the fighting outside and moved towards the door, his dark robes seemed to flow on the ground like rolling mist as he moved.

Troopers kept pouring into the station. Using the stairs as a natural funnel, he limited the number of people he engaged with. His saber deflected blaster fire and his gun shot down any detonators and troopers.

"I have to get out of here before they start using heavy weapons." He shot down another two troopers before running towards the barrel again. This time he didn't climb atop, but jumped down.

His body seemed weightless for a moment. Blaster fire streamed around him until his feet hit the ground. His body rolled forward and he stood right up into a run.

"He jumped out the back! Move move move!!"

Khan ran for the forest surrounding the outpost. He had to meet up with the landing craft before he got surrounded.

Just when he thought he'd make it, a black streak zoomed in from the side. He saw the red glow out of the corner of his eye and raised his blade.

Their lightsaber crossed, the glow of their red blades illuminated their faces. Khan looked into the Umbaran's yellow eyes and saw the anger on his face.

Khan jumped backward and the Umbaran raised his hand. Before he could use the force, he fired his blaster from the hip.

He was forced to stop using the force and deflect his shots but Khan could see the troopers catching up with him.

"Do you think you can come and go as you please?" The Sith rushed forward and swung his blade.

Khan blocked the attack and backpedaled to put distance between the troopers.

"It's worked out well for me so far, why wouldn't I think I could?" Khan used Lon's cybernetics at increasing intensity. Indicators were telling him that his muscles were put under extreme stress but he had to continue just to keep up with the Sith's speed.

He knew the body hadn't had time to adapt to this much power.

"You think you've accomplished something? You underestimate the power of the dark side." He grabbed his hilt with both hands and knocked away Khan's saber.

He rotated his blade and sliced right through the blaster in his other hand. He stepped back and stretched out his hand when he saw Khan's blade recover.

The force surrounded Khan's neck and raised him in the air.

"I don't know how you're so strong, but this ends now." He stepped forward, his blade ready to plunge forward.

Just as he took that step, three A-wings flew over the base. They rained fire on the Sith troopers. The ground exploded and dust flew everywhere.

The Sith turned back in surprise but Khan was unfazed. He threw the lightsaber in his hand. It flew through the air and right towards the sith's chest.

He stepped to the side and the blade cut through his left shoulder.

"Ahhhh!!" He screamed in pain and Khan dropped to the ground.

Instead of turning to run away, he took a step forward and flipped backward. His legs swung up like a whip and kicked him in the chin, causing the Sith's body to be rocked backward.

Khan landed in the push-up position and grabbed the lightsaber on the ground. His head snapped up and locked on the Sith taking a step to regain his balance.

Khan's pushed the cybernetics to their maximum power and launched himself from the ground like a missile. The blade stabbed forward right towards the Sith's chest.

The Sith swung his blade up and blocked Khan's saber. His foot kicked out and hit Khan right in the chest, sending him flying backward.

"That's enough!" The Sith roared. He saw the A-wings destroying his base and his anger boiled over.

Despite the injury to his shoulder, his left hand stretched towards one of the A-wings. Blue lightning streaked from his fingertips and struck the ship. A series of mini eruptions ensued, followed by the ship exploding.

Just when he was about to blow up another ship, Khan ran forwards. The Sith held his blade out and blocked Khan's surprise blow.

"To think you could push me, Lord Tinis to this point. You are capable, Republic Soldier. But it's a shame, if you were force-sensitive you'd make a great apprentice." Power gushed from his body and pushed Khan back.

He tried to step forward to attack but it felt like a wall was holding him back. A sphere of force energy surrounded the Sith and cleared his surroundings.

His hand stretched out and lightning erupted from his fingertips again.

Khan held the blade with both hands and crossed it in front of him. The lightning struck the blade and pushed him back further. Arcs occasionally shot off and struck the ground and his body.

"It looks like Lon Alder is still fighting down there, we gotta help him."

"No can do, Fighters are headed our way. We have to get back and protect the transport landing sight before the soldiers are overrun."

The A-wings pulled back when they saw a squad of Sith fighters headed their way.

Khan felt this body was overloaded. He knew if he didn't do something, Lon would die here. His eyes flashed and he felt the charge of his power cell was overflowing.

"Let's see who falls first! Feel the power of technology!!" His left hand released the hilt of his saber and pointed forward. A thin spider-silk-like cable shot from his wrist with a crack as it broke the sound barrier.

The cable wrapped around the Sith's legs before he could react, at the same time Khan lowered his saber.

Sith lightning struck him at full force, it ravaged his body and traveled through his cybernetics.

"What?!?" The Sith gasped, but it was too late. "Ahhhhhhhhh!!!!"

Lightning traveled through the cable and into his body, forming a closed loop. Even if he wanted to stop he couldn't at this point. The only way to live was to disintegrate Lon's body first.

The Sith screamed but Khan watched with cold eyes. He cut off the connection to his head from the rest of the body, to prevent the core from being affected.

Their flesh appeared as though it was melting and smoke rose from their bodies. Because Khan had the cybernetics to help guide the lightning he was a bit better off.

Their skeletons flashed a few times until the Sith's body eventually cracked. The lightning stopped and blood sprinkled from his wounds like sand.

When he fell over, Lon's body soon followed. He reconnected the nerves and tried to control his body but his muscles were destroyed.

His mind moved and the cybernetics inside tightened around his muscles and forced them together. He slowly stood up and cut the cable with the lightsaber.

He didn't even bother to check the Sith and limped towards the forest. He had to leave before the troopers regrouped from the airstrike.
