Benjamin Jones's household helper was a local who was excellent at making authentic Swallow City cuisine, rivaling even Mom Han in skill. Moreover, Benjamin Jones had clearly given prior instructions, and a few dishes from Gills City were prepared to cater to Aunt Claudia's taste.
