    Abigail was initially a bit scared too. But looking at the dog, which looked fierce but had a gentle and even somewhat goofy nature, she soon relaxed, then found herself entangled with it.  


    They walked all the way, and the big dog followed them all the way. So as soon as Abigail got home, she received a call from the property management asking her to get a dog license and put a leash on the dog when taking it out.  


    Abigail looked at the German Shepherd squatting obediently at the villa door after they entered. For a moment, she was puzzled. Did this dog mistake them for someone else?  


    Wasn't the German Shepherd supposed to be the smartest dog? How could it not recognize its home and owner, clinging to someone just for a piece of meat?
