JAUNE ARC POV

He looked at the report brought to him by Neo and frowned.

"So you're saying that the Relic of Creation is currently serving as an Unlimited Power Source. And the reason why Atlas is in the sky."

The girl gave a sharp nod and he sighed.

It had taken Neo and Raven much longer to find the Relic of Creation but now that they've found it… he was uncertain about what he should do next.

Taking the staff would mean that Atlas would lose its Unlimited power source and fall from the sky.

"You know, I always thought that Atlas is able to fly thanks to things like… you know… gravity dust."

"I thought the same thing." Pyrrha said "Though I suppose I should have suspected something."

"Why?" he asked.

"Because there's a limit to how much mass the Gravity Dust can support." She said "And Atlas is a 'large' city. Plus, if you look at the picture of Atlas then you'll notice that there is no Gravity Dust in the mountain. I suppose hindsight is 20/20."

He nodded "No wonder the Atlesian people were able to fool the other kingdoms so easily. Still… this is disappointing."

Neo raised her eyebrow at him as if asking 'How is it disappointing?'

"I want that Relic. When I take it, Atlas will come back to Earth." He sighed "Having a flying city was awesome."

Pyrrha facepalmed and Neo gave him an unimpressed look.

"What's the plan then?" Raven asked.

Huh… he had almost forgotten that she was even there.

"I'll take the Staff. But not now."

"When?" Raven asked.

"Isn't it obvious? The people of the Solitas continent have a hard time defending themselves from the Grimm. That is why they made a floating city in the first place." He said "So, I'll take the Staff. But not before defeating Salem."

"That makes sense." Pyrrha nodded "But what about the other Relics, Jaune?"

"I was just going to talk about that." He said and turned to Raven "You up for another mission or do you want to rest for a while."

"Mission." Raven said but he could sense a hint of longing through the Shroud.

He shook his head "No. You and Neo will remain at home or at Vale for at least a month."

Raven frowned "The Relics are more important than my comfort."

Well… she wasn't wrong.

And once Ozpin learns that the Relic of Knowledge has been taken, he might change the location of the other Relics.

"Okay." He said "I'll send Maria and the twins this time."

"They're not as good as Neo or me." Raven said and he found it interesting that she named Neo before herself.

This was understandable as Neo was really good at infiltration stuff thanks to her years of experience as a thief and her illusion semblance.

"Perhaps. But Maria is an extremely experienced hunter." In fact, Maria had more experience than him and all his waifus combined "I don't think that she'll fail."

"Whatever." Raven said "I'm guessing that you're sending them to Vacuo?"

He nodded.

"Which Relic is situated there?" Pyrrha asked.

"The Relic of Destruction." He replied "It would be very useful in our fight against Salem."

"What about the Last Relic?" Raven asked.

"I don't plan on taking it." He said "Gathering all four relics would summon the two Brother Gods, which is not something that I want for obvious reasons. So I'll take the three relics and then we'll leave this world."

"Very well. Is there anything else you want to talk about?" Raven asked.

He shook his head and she turned and left the living room.

Neo walked up to him and kissed him on the cheeks and then slapped Pyrrha on her ass before she smirked and left as well.

"That girl." Pyrrha said while shaking her head.

He moved behind her and slapped her other butt cheek.

"Jaune!" Pyrrha said as she turned around to look at him with a strange expression.

He smirked "I didn't know that you were into being spanked Pyrrha."

Her cheeks reddened upon hearing that.

"I'm not-" SMACK!!

She jumped as he slapped her ass once again. Then she huffed and sat down on a sofa so that he won't be able to spank her once again.

He dropped down beside her and put his arms around her.

Pyrrha leaned into him and they sat in silence for a while.

He had really come to love the girl in the past few months, hasn't he?

He looked at her and planted a kiss on her head.

Then his thoughts went to the Lamp that he had hidden under the lake in the Pocket Dimension.

"Something on your mind Jaune?" Pyrrha asked and he found her looking up at him.

He nodded "I was just thinking about Jinn."

"What about her?" Pyrrha asked.

Just… wondering if she could be captured as well. And if it's possible, then should I?

"Could she even be captured?" Pyrrha asked.

"Most likely." He nodded "The problem is… I don't know how the Brother gods will react if I capture one of their relics. I mean, they said that they would return if the four relics have been gathered. But, what would happen if someone took one of their relics. Because if they decided to return and realized that they didn't like Humanity, then I have no way of stopping them."

After all, the God of Darkness was strong enough to destroy all of humanity within a few seconds and was able to destroy the moon just by passing through it.

And his brother, the God of Light was just as strong as him.

He had no doubt that both of them were easily tier 10 or tier 11 beings. So the thought of being able to fight them at the moment was a childish dream.

So what to do.

Capture the Relic of Knowledge or not.

"If I take her and make her stronger, then she'll undoubtedly be able to answer more of my questions and would be very valuable. But taking her is a huge risk."

Pyrrha thought about it and shook her head "I don't believe that the Brother Gods will return if you captured her. But we shouldn't take this risk. It isn't worth it."

He nodded. "Very well then. I'll leave her be for now."

Plus, if he had to ask another question of her then she still has one question left for this century.

He'll just have to make do with that.
