YANG XIAO LONG POV

"Good morning everyone." She said cheerfully as she entered the room.

Then she noticed the grim look on Jaune's face, as well as the somber atmosphere in the room and her smile disappeared.

"Jaune. Is something wrong?" She asked, a little wary about his reason for calling her and asking her to come to team ASPR's room all alone.

Jaune looked at her and shook his head. He took a deep breath and rubbed his face, wiping away the worried expression he had in order to give her a smile.

A small smile but a smile nonetheless.

"No. Everything is alright." Jaune said and gestured for her to sit beside Ruby and Weiss while Pyrrha sat beside him as a show of support. She felt a flash of envy at the scene. At the perfect relationship that both of them seemed to have. But she crushed the envious feeling in order to pay attention to what he was saying "I just wanted to talk with you guys about something serious."

"How serious?" She asked.

"Life-changing level of serious." He replied.

"Should I call my team then?" She asked. If he was going to talk about something so serious then wouldn't it be better to have more people with them?

"No." Jaune shook his head. "This does not involve them. Only the three of you."

Only the three of them?

She looked at the other two and wondered what they all had in common.

She and Ruby were sisters. And Ruby and Weiss were partners.

That… didn't give her any idea about what this talk was all about.

"Jaune. If you are worried about something and need help then know that we're here for you." Ruby said and she felt a smile blossom on her own face.

"Yeah. If you want us to help you in kicking someone's ass then just say the name!" She said. Of course, she knew that this was probably not about beating someone up but the amused expression on Jaune's face, the smile on Pyrrha's face, Ruby's giggles, and the exasperated look on Weiss' face told her that she had succeeded in her task to uplift the mood of the room.

"Sit down you brute. I doubt Jaune would call use to talk about beating someone up." Weiss said.

She glared at Weiss. The girl had become even more pretentious ever since she won the Vytal Festival Tournament Championship.

A beating or two will be good for her.

"Calm down you two." Jaune said and despite the calmness in his voice, there was an edge to it that made her want to listen to him.

She sat down on the bed beside Ruby and put an arm around her younger sister.

"Okay. What is this about Jaune?" She asked.

Jaune remained silent and stared at all of them, his finger tapping his thigh as he thought about something deep.

In the end, he nodded and stood up.

"I think it would be better to just show it to you." He said and walked to the wall.

He touched the wall and…

She looked at Pyrrha, her mind filled with confusion.

"What happened? Where is Jaune?" Wasn't he with them just a moment ago. Did he go to the bathroom?

She looked at Ruby and Weiss and realized that the both of them looked equally confused.

"You cannot see the portal?" Pyrrha asked, looking confused.

"What portal?" She asked in confusion.

What was Pyrrha talking about?

And then Jaune was in front of her.

She stared at him.

"Jaune. Where did you go all of sudden?" Ruby asked.

Yeah. She hadn't even noticed him leave.

"You girls cannot perceive it can you?" He asked before he turned to give Pyrrha a sheepish look "It seems like we went to the forest all that time for nothing."

"What Portal Jaune. What are talking about?" Weiss asked as the heiress finally lost her patience "Explain. Now."

Jaune nodded. "If you cannot perceive it then… hold my hand. Yang. Ruby."

"Not before you tell us what this is all about." She said as she crossed her arms and stubbornly glared at him, refusing to take his hand.

Jaune sighed and looked at Ruby, his hand outstretched toward them "Ruby. You trust me right."

Ruby gave a cute frown and then looked at him before she sighed and took his head.

"Come on Yang. It's not like Jaune will hurt us or something." Ruby said.

And… even if she wanted to stay stubborn at this point, she couldn't. Not when Ruby had already accepted his hand.

She held Jaune's other hand and nodded at him. "No funny business with Ruby. Or I'll punch you in the face."

Jaune nodded and turned to Pyrrha. "Pyrrha. Bring Weiss with you."

Weiss also crossed her arm and glared mutinously at them. But then Pyrrha offers her an arm and Weiss took it without any delay.

"For the record. I'm really uncomfortable with this." She said.

Jaune simply nodded at her before he gave her a tug and started walking.

For a moment she had a strange feeling as if she was sleepwalking through the water. And then cloud over her mind lifted and she was in a forest clearing.

She looked at her new surroundings in confusion and then at Jaune.

He didn't look surprised to be here. As if…

'You cannot see the Portal?' Pyrrha's question rang in her mind and she turned and saw Pyrrha dragging a confused and disoriented Weiss through a gateway to their room in Beacon.

She turned to look at Jaune and he gave her and Ruby a sheepish smile.

"So… Welcome to my Pocket Dimension." Jaune said.
